I have an older brother.
私には兄が一人います。
He is very troublesome.
彼はとても厄介（やっかい）です。
For example, he came into my room for mess up my room.
例えば、彼は私の部屋を散らかすだけのために、私の部屋に入ってきます。
Today while I was sleeping, the oil was spread in my room and my socks.
今日は私が寝ている間に、私の靴下と私の部屋に油が塗ってありました。
So I didn't notice it slipped and I fell down:/
そして私はそれに気付かないで滑って転んだ：/
And then, this oil can not be completely wiped off.
それと、その油を全然拭き取ることが出来ない。

So I didn't notice it until I slipped and I fell down:/

Sounds more natural to use active voice ("he spread oil") than passive voice ("oil was spread"). Or you could say "(When I woke up) I found oil spread in my room and my socks" if you don't want to reveal who did it.
What's more, this oil can not be completely wiped off.
