I read an article about sudden geniuses on BBC Future.
The article described several persons who suddenly became obsessed with something and talented after the injury.

The most impressive example to me was Jason Padgett, who became suddenly obsessed with geometric shapes after being attacked at a bar. Before the incident, he didn't have any interest in mathematics according to himself.

I composed sentences with the words I didn't understand or I was not familiar with.

- swirl
Milk is swirling in a cup of iced coffee.

- incredulous
He seems incredulous that he's already been here before.

- synaesthesia
Not a few people have synaesthesia.

- lesion
This accident caused the lesions in his right leg.

- polymath
He is a renaissance polymath in this generation.

- indistinguishable
This fake bag is indistinguishable from the real one.
