I have been to Germany and Switterland for three weeks when I just enter a university.

By the way, I hope I went to go abroad. Having "I hope" and "I went to" together in this sentence doesn't make sense. You could say "By the way, I hope to go abroad"(you are hoping you can go abroad).4 Or "By the way, I went abroad" (you already went abroad before). Either sentence would work with the rest of your journal entry).
