Now in Japan, child's stars are booming among all kind of TV show.
Every kids playing a role on TV is not only cute and lovely but also able to perform as much as adults do.
However, there are so many people don't like such children for some reasons and they are even expecting their corruption like Macaulay Culkin.

Is that children's fault? Why they would be hated by so many strangers?

Any kind of claims and criticisms should be on the adults surrounding and hiding behind the little actors, aren't they?

ohh wakarimashita. "Now in Japan, child stars are everywhere." or "Now in Japan, child stars are flooding the stations." or "Now in Japan, there's a child star boom going on"

this is kind of a difficult sentence. there's many ways to say this. I would probably choose, "Child stars are really booming in Japan lately"
