And I want to know these mean exactly.
These are kind of awkward sentences. You'd need to use them in really specific situations. Like if you are about to go skydiving and your friend says "Are you afraid?" You can say "I'm never afraid". It has a meaning like "nothing scares me". If you can give some context to where you saw this then it'd be easier to give you the proper meaning.
