How highly capable people are made

First, molds are made.
まず、型をつくります。

People with good sense make them.
これは良識派の方々に作ってもらいます。

And then, materials are prepared.
次に、材料を準備します。

They come even if nothing is done.
これは向こうから勝手に集まってくれます。

And then, they are put on the molds and pressed into the molds with force such as rules and custom.
次に、材料を型の上に載せて、規則や慣習といった力を加えます。

In the process, there is much redundancy and there are many sprung failures, and they are all thrown away.
型から原料がはみ出てしまいますが、すべて捨てます。ひびが入ったものもすべて捨てます。

Finally, the finished products are stamped and shipped to the society.
そして最後に、合格の印を押して、社会へと出荷します。

However, each has its best-before date, so they don't keep.
ただし、賞味期限があるので、長くは持ちません。
