English Education System In Japan

I think each country where English is secound language have several English education systemes.

In my country,　we have to learn English From 13 to 18 years old .「13さいから18さいまで勉強する。」って言いたい。

Even we learned 5 years , most of us can not speak English.

Because we do not learn English in English.
