Hue is the capital city of Thua Thien Hue province, which is in the middle of Vietnam. The weather of Hue is quite diffirent from the South and the North of Vietnam, typically are Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh city. Hanoi has 4 seasons quite clearly. It is said that the autumn in Hanoi is very beautifully. I haven't never seen that but I had a chance to spend a short time in winter there. It was very cold, but dry so that we could try on many lovely coats. Ho Chi Minh city has only 2 seasons: the rainy and sunny season. Now it's the sunny one and it's very hot here. The rainy season often begins at July and spread to December. It almost rains everyday but just short times, about 1 or 2 hours. It usually rains in afternoon.
Hue city also has 2 seasons like Ho Chi Minh city but it's much more harder. In the sunny season, which is often from March to August, the temperature is very high. Sometimes it can be 40 Celcius degrees and it's very dry, the humidity is about 40 or 50%. Contrary with the sunny season, the rainy one often makes us tired. Because it often has soakers which are stretched from day to night, today to tomorrow and they don't have any signs that they would stop. The Hue peole always jokes that there are only 2 soakers every month but each soaker is about 15 days. Beside the wet, it's also so cold here, nearly as much cold as the North.
Maybe someone thinks that living in this kind of climate is quite difficult but many people love it. Many composers have written many songs about the rains in Hue. I used to think I don't like the climate of my hometown anymore but now, when I'm living far from it, I miss it so much. Sometimes I want to have a long rain like that. A long rain will help us roll up any sadness.

The weather of Hue is quite different from the north and south of Vietnam. Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh city are the capital cities, respectively. (We normally say 'north and south' instead of vice versa.)
Hanoi has four seasons quite clearly.
It is said that the autumn in Hanoi is very beautifully.
I haven't never seen that but I had a chance to spend a short time in winter there.
Ho Chi Minh city has only two seasons: the rainy and sunny season.
The rainy season often begins in July and goes to December.
It rains almost everyday but just for short periods of times, about 1 or 2 hours.
It usually rains in the afternoon.
Hue city also has two seasons like Ho Chi Minh city but it's much more extreme. (Generally, use words for numbers below ten and digits for any above 10.)
Sometimes it can reach 40 degrees Celcius and it's very dry, the humidity is about 40% or 50%.
Contrary to the sunny season, the rainy one often makes us tired.
It's because there is often torrential rain which can stretched from day to night, today to tomorrow, without any signs that it would stop.
The Hue peole always jokes that there are only 2 soakers every month but each soaker is about 15 days. (Oh do the local Hue people call the torrential rain 'soakers' then?)
Besides the wet (season), it's also very cold here, nearly as much cold as the north.
Maybe someone might thinks that living in this kind of climate is quite difficult, but many people love it.
I used to think I don't like the climate of my home-town at all, but now, when I'm living far from it, I miss it so much.
Sometimes I want to have the long rain like that.
Oh by the way, good writing ^_^
The only place I've seen the word "soaker" used is in commercials for the Super Soaker, which is a type of toy water gun: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Soaker :P
The Weather of/in Hue
The weather of Hue is quite different from that in/of the north and south of Vietnam, typically the capitals of which are Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. I agree with Hien about "north and south"; it's used more often.
Hanoi has 4 four distinct seasons quite clearly. I think you mean the seasons are clearly differentiated from each other, in which case we'd call them "distinct" or "different."
It is said that the autumn in Hanoi is very beautifully. "Beautifully" is an adverb, while "beautiful" is an adjective. You can't have an adverb on its own after the copula ("is").
I haven't never ever seen that, but I had a chance to spend a short time in winter there. OR: "I've never seen that..." Also, we'd usually specify which winter you saw it in. Last winter? Winter a few years ago? etc.
It was very cold, but and dry, so that we could try tried on many lovely coats.
Ho Chi Minh City has only 2 two seasons: the rainy season and the sunny season one. If you say "the rainy and sunny season," it sounds like both of those happen in only one season total.
Now it's the sunny one season and it's very hot here.
The rainy season often begins at in July and spread goes to/until December. OR: "...and lasts until December."
It almost rains almost everyday but just for short periods of times, about 1 one or 2 two hours each.
It usually rains in the afternoon.
Hue city also has 2 two seasons like Ho Chi Minh City, but it's they're much more harder extreme. OR: "...but they're much more harsh."
In the sunny season, which is often from March to August, the temperatures is are very high.
Sometimes it can be reach 40 Celcius degrees Celsius and it's very dry. The humidity is about 40 or 50%. Avoid sentence splices by splitting your thoughts into two different sentences.
Contrary In contrast to with the sunny season, the rainy one often makes us tired. "Contrary to" is more often used to compare beliefs and opinions (e.g. the oft-used phrase "contrary to popular belief,...").
Because it often has soakers there are often downpours which are (can) stretched from day to night, today to tomorrow, and they don't have without any indication/signs that they would will stop of stopping. I would combine this sentence and the previous one so it looks like this: "In contrast to the sunny season, the rainy one often makes us tired because there are frequent downpours which (can) stretch from day until night, today until tomorrow, without any indication of stopping."
The Hue people always jokes that there are only 2 two soakers downpours every month but each soaker one is about 15 days long. OR: "...lasts about 15 days." You could also say that "People in Hue joke that it only rains twice a month but for 15 days at a time."
Besides the wet rain, it's also so very cold here, nearly as much cold as in the north. OR: "Apart from the rain/humidity,..."
Maybe Someone might thinks that living in this kind of climate is quite difficult, but many people love it. It's more common to say that "one might think..."
Many composers have written many songs about the rains in Hue. It's generally considered bad form in English to repeat the same word multiple times in one sentence.
I used to think I don't didn't like the climate of my hometown, anymore but now, when I'm (living) far away from it, I miss it so much a lot. You spelled "hometown" correctly.
Sometimes I want to have see a long rains like that again.
-Write out numbers between zero and ten.
-Be careful with noun/verb agreement.
-This website describes what a comma splice (I called it a "sentence splice" earlier) is and how to avoid it. http://grammar.ccc.commnet.edu/grammar/runons.htm It even has exercises linked at the bottom. :D
Again, nice job! Let me know if you have any further questions.
