I try in her mind a listening by every single words from her mouth..
But the it was louder for me. I asked in my mind What kind of job for my body I can do for change in her eyes.
For be more cool outside my body and leave my idea to be different from the normal stereotype about Nerd or Macho..
An inspiring seminor : teaching knowledge or teaching people?
And naturally the people can help and understand each other by the communication..
My advice who I learned about this day with this girl.
Luke1990 : Laurea Triennale (2)

For becoming a teacher in the Italian Primary Schools you need to have a degree. In Italy in recent years you can get a degree programme with only 3 year and you can teaching in the primary schools with only 3 year. Before this reform you should to follow a degree programme of 5 year yeah.. But I left the idea to becoming a teacher because I need of one job for pay the Universitary bills. And I don't want to ask help in money to my mum.. I'm orphan and i want to help my mother and my friends when is possible with my brave and happiness. For that I'll take the deicision when I get one good job here to save my money for come back in UK Birmingham.. I think is better to help my family and my little sister with the study she's young and probably is better for her to continue my project in the University.. Maybe when she's get the Diploma I'm very happy to help my sister with the Study if she want.
A bachelor's degree is usually an academic degree earned for an undergraduate course or major that generally lasts four years, but can range anywhere from three to seven years depending on the region of the world. In some exceptional cases, it may also be the name of a postgraduate degree, such as a bachelor of civil law, the bachelor of music, the bachelor of philosophy, or the bachelor of sacred theology degree.
During the Renaissance, those who received a doctorate, upon passing their final examinations, were decorated with berried branches of bay, an ancient symbol of highest honor. From this ancient custom derives the French word baccalauréat (from the Latin bacca, a berry, and laureus, of the bay laurel), and, by modification, the term "bachelor" in referring to one who holds a university degree.
The old four-, five-, or six-year laurea system was discontinued in the early 2000s as per the Bologna process, with some exceptions such as law school or medical school. The bachelor's degree, called "Laurea", takes three years to complete (note that Italian students graduate from high school at age 19) and grants access to graduate degrees (known as "Laurea Magistrale" or discontinued "Laurea specialistica"). In order to graduate, students must earn 180 credits (CFU) and write an original research thesis. Graduation marks go from 66 to 110. According to each faculty internal ruling, a lode (distinction) may be awarded to candidates with a 110/110 mark for recognition of the excellence of the final project.

Luke1990 : UK Experience (4)

Hello my friends now I'm just came back from Birmingham UK.
It was a very big joy for me this experience in UK, I worked in 2 different job places and I made the Voluntary Service in the Social Justice.
I spent my first week in Manchester Manchester is a funny city because the city center is very smallest than Rome my city and the people is friendly.
Generally, in all the North cities the people are friendly, but when I spent my second week of work in Birmingham, in the South Midlands it was first love at the first impact yes Birmingham is a Multiculture city with different people from different places different nationality. Probably the most of them comes from India and Pakistan.
I worked in Birmingham in the Martineu Garden in gardening activities yes like gardener sometimes I picking the fruits or drying the plants and similar jobs.
And again in Birmingham I worked in the Food Bank like loader.
The flat in Birmingham it was clean and big with 5 rooms with 2 bathrooms and with a garden, only 30 minutes by the city center with the bus.
Naturally I shared the house with others 5 volunteers mates, the bills for the rent for the electric energy internet and water it was provided by the JVC.
The JVC Jesuit Volunteer Community is a charity association for improve this world with the social justice and the simple lifestyle.
The JVC it was my Company for provide me with this experience in UK, I payed only the flying trips the other fees or bills provided by the JVC.
I spent one month in Birmingham and the city is not very expensive like London and I take the occasion for say to the all young's to partecipate at the voluntary service because is not only a Experience for improve yourself, but is a experience for try to change the world in better.
When I spent my time in Birmingham after my job hours I had many free times with my housemates for explore the city and the most beautiful and funny moment for me it was when I shared with my housemates the idea to going in the Jamaican independence Festival in Birmingham.
Yes I danced the DanceHall and I meet 3 Jamaican girls in the Jamaican Independence Festival.
Probably one difference about my Country and the UK is in UK you can have your Idea your opinion and is accept from the others and is not important your body aspect like in Italy.
In UK is totally different if you are a nice guy or have good skills you can have success.
Birmingham is a city and metropolitan borough in the West Midlands of England. It is the most populous British city outside the capital London, with the population of the Urban Sub-Area being 970,892 at the 2001 census. The wider borough has a population of 1,073,000 (2011 census), the largest local authority area in Europe. It lies at the heart of the West Midlands conurbation, the second most populous urban area in the United Kingdom with a population of 2,738,100. Birmingham's metropolitan area is also the United Kingdom's second most populous, with a population of 3,683,000.
A medium-sized market town during the medieval period, Birmingham grew to international prominence in the 18th century at the heart of the Midlands Enlightenment and subsequent Industrial Revolution, which saw the town at the forefront of worldwide developments in science, technology and economic organisation, producing a series of innovations that laid many of the foundations of modern industrial society. By 1791 it was being hailed as "the first manufacturing town in the world". Birmingham's distinctive economic profile, with thousands of small workshops practising a wide variety of specialised and highly-skilled trades, encouraged exceptional levels of creativity and innovation and provided a diverse and resilient economic base for industrial prosperity that was to last into the final quarter of the 20th century. Its resulting high level of social mobility also fostered a culture of broad-based political radicalism, that under leaders from Thomas Attwood to Joseph Chamberlain was to give it a political influence unparalleled in Britain outside London and a pivotal role in the development of British democracy.
Today Birmingham is a major international commercial centre, ranked as a beta− world city by the Globalization and World Cities Research Network; and an important transport, retail, events and conference hub. With a GDP of $90bn (2008 estimate, PPP), the economy of the urban agglomeration is the second largest in the UK and the 72nd largest in the world. Birmingham's three universities and two university colleges make it the largest centre of higher education in the United Kingdom outside London, and its major cultural institutions, including the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, the Birmingham Royal Ballet and the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, enjoy international reputations. The Big City Plan is a large redevelopment plan currently underway in the city centre with the aim of making Birmingham one of the top 20 most liveable cities in the world within 20 years.
People from Birmingham are called 'Brummies', a term derived from the city's nickname of 'Brum'. This originates from the city's dialect name, Brummagem, which may in turn have been derived from one of the city's earlier names, 'Bromwicham'. There is a distinctive Brummie accent and dialect.
And The Jesuit Volunteer Community provides fully funded opportunities for volunteers aged 18 – 35 from Britain and other countries in the European Economic Area to work in British inner cities for a year, or for a month during the summer.
JVC is a charity operated by the Jesuits, an order of priests in the Roman Catholic Church, renowned for their work for social justice.
JVC volunteers aspire to be contemplatives in action in the Jesuit tradition. Through working for social justice in inner cities, living simply in community and exploring spirituality, volunteers live out their values in generosity and care for others.
The first JVC was set up in the USA in the 1950s by a Jesuit priest, Jack Morris SJ. As JVC grew in the States, Jesuits thought the experience would be of value to young adults in Europe, and JVC Britain was born. Two British women did a JVC volunteer year in the USA in 1986, reported back, and in 1987 the programme opened here with one community.
The JVC experience – both on the Summer Programme and the Gap Year - is life-changing. Volunteers come to understand what life is like for those who are marginalised in British society - people who are homeless, disabled, excluded from education, refugees and asylum seekers, or those at risk in other ways; they learn how to live in community with people from different cultures and backgrounds; and experience the challenges of living on limited means.
JVC volunteers do not have to be Roman Catholic, or even Christian, but they must respect Christian beliefs and be willing to explore and share Christian spirituality in the Jesuit - or Ignatian -way.

Luke1990 : Phoenix is a Dangerous city?? (3)

It's a real dangerous city Phoenix in the Arizona State??
I've heard some relative crimes problems in Phoenix..
But is really Dangerous respect my city where I live Rome??
Because I like the NBA Basketball team the Phoenix Suns and the City is most cheapest than the other cities in another states like San Francisco or Sacramento or San Diego I think lol..
So, in the future I hope to come in Phoenix for see a Nba Match of the Phoenix Suns.
But actually I like also San Francisco,Sacramento and San Diego cities.
San Francisco here in Italy is famous for the roads and the palaces similar at the European cities.. And for the movie Bruce Lee the Dragon actually I think San Francisco there is the biggest Chinese community I don't know in where road, is situated but I felt and seeing about this Chinese Community in San Francisco with the movies and the Documentaries ambiented in this Chinese Community in San Francisco xd.
Probably I saw many movies of the Chinese community of San Francisco by Jackie Chan lol..
And I know about another Important community of Japanese in Los Angeles actually I think there are two Japaneses Community in Los Angeles..
Chinatown, in San Francisco, California, (Chinese: 唐人街; Mandarin Pinyin: tángrénjiē; Jyutping: tong4 jan4 gaai1) is the oldest Chinatown in North America and the largest Chinese community outside Asia.Since its establishment in 1848, it has been highly important and influential in the history and culture of ethnic Chinese immigrants to the United States and North America. Chinatown is an active enclave that continues to retain its own customs, languages, places of worship, social clubs, and identity. Popularly known as a "city-within-a-city", it has developed its own government, traditions, over 300 restaurants, and as many shops. There are two hospitals, numerous parks and squares, a post office, and other infrastructure. Visitors can easily become immersed in a microcosmic Asian world, filled with herbal shops, temples, pagoda roofs and dragon parades. In addition to being a starting point and home for thousands of Chinese immigrants, it is also a major tourist attraction, drawing more visitors annually than the Golden Gate Bridge.
Due to such overcrowding and poverty, other Chinese areas have been established within the city of San Francisco proper, including one in its Richmond and three more in its Sunset districts, as well as a recently established one in the Visitacion Valley neighborhood. These outer neighborhoods have been settled largely by Chinese from Southeast Asia. There are also many suburban Chinese communities in the San Francisco Bay Area, especially in Silicon Valley, such as Cupertino, Fremont, and Milpitas, where Taiwanese Americans are dominant. Despite these developments, many continue to commute in from these outer neighborhoods and cities to shop in Chinatown, causing gridlock on roads and delays in public transit, especially on weekends. To address this problem, the local public transit agency, Muni, is planning to extend the city's subway network to the neighborhood via the new Central Subway.
Unlike in most Chinatowns in North America, ethnic Chinese refugees from Vietnam have not established businesses in San Francisco's Chinatown district, due to high property values and rents. Instead, many Chinese-Vietnamese – as opposed to ethnic Vietnamese who tended to congregate in larger numbers in San Jose – have established a separate Vietnamese enclave on Larkin Street in the heavily working-class Tenderloin district of San Francisco, where it is now known as the city's "Little Saigon" and not as a "Chinatown" per se. As with historic Chinatown, Little Saigon plans to construct an arch[citation needed] signifying its entrance, as well as directional street signs leading to the community.
Probably the Chinese Community are in the All world but I want to represent the most important and oldiest community of USA the Chinatown of San Francisco..
and I've found there are 3 Japan communities in USA lol..
Little Osaka in San Francisco, Nihonmachi in San Jose Japantown (also known as "Nihonmachi" (ja: 日本町) or "J Town") is the portion of San Jose, California bounded by First Street to the west, 8th Street to the east, Empire Street to the south and Taylor Street to the north; it is just north of Downtown San Jose. Japantown originally formed around the existing "Heinlenville" Chinatown settlement. During World War II, the Japanese-American population was forcibly removed from Japantown and interned in camps. On their return after the war, many resettled in the area. The expansion and growth of Silicon Valley caused many Japanese to leave the area, but the culture and vitality of this community remains. Japantown is designated as an authentic ethnic neighborhood and is home to many traditional Japanese restaurants as well. The California State Legislation designated this area as one of the last three remaining historical Japantowns in the United States. The area has embarked upon capital improvement projects that have engaged the neighborhood and community in discussion and planning for the future of the area. New market rate housing has attracted new residents who love the neighborly feel and walkable community. Currently, awards won for work on the first phase, Historic District Reconnaissance Survey recognize the significant contributions of the Chinese (Heinlenville Chinatown) and Japanese (Japantown) legacies.
Japantown is the site of the Japanese American Museum of San Jose, San Jose Taiko, Shuei-do Manju Shop (the last visit of the Emperor of Japan saw these confections being requested specifically), Nichi Bei, hand-made tofu at San Jose Tofu, and a variety of restaurants, professional services, community organizations (for example Yu-Ai Kai Senior Center, and the Japanese American Citizens League) and small retail shops. Having been written up in the New York Times, the 7 Bamboo Lounge is one of the most popular karaoke bars in the Bay Area. Two churches founded by Japanese over 100 years ago, Wesley United Methodist Church and San Jose Buddhist Church Betsuin, thrive on the same street, Fifth Street, which now also leads to the new San Jose City Hall. Indeed, the Fifth & Jackson Landmark was designed to be seen from City Hall as a beacon and reminder of the people that have helped to build the city.
Japantown is also home to a number of non-Japanese businesses, including Mexican, Hawaiian, Cuban and Korean restaurants.
A number of organizations, including the Japantown Neighborhood Association, have joined together to form the Japantown Community Congress of San Jose, which is a community partner to the City of San Jose (represented by the San Jose Redevelopment Agency) that looks after cultural preservation of the area (begun with CA SB 307). Major festivals are Obon (every July), Nikkei Matsuri (every spring) and Aki Matsuri (every fall) and a newer festival, The Spirit of Japantown Festival (also in the fall). In addition there are events that are open to the public at Art Object Gallery and various street venues, including a year-round Certified Farmers Market run by the Japantown Business Association. And the most important of there Little Tokyo in los Angeles.
He original boundaries of Little Tokyo extended east and south of the present location, and covered approximately one square mile. The area was a magnet for immigrating Japanese until the Exclusion Act of 1924 halted any further migration. Shops were along First Street, and vegetable markets were along Central Avenue to the south. Japanese Americans were a significant ethnic group in the vegetable trade, due to the number of successful Japanese American truck farms across Southern California.
The internment of Japanese Americans during the Second World War emptied Little Tokyo. For a brief time, the area became known as Bronzeville as African Americans and also Native Americans moved into the vacated properties and opened up nightclubs and restaurants. After the internment ended, the Bronzeville residents mainly moved to other areas.
After the war, due to lack of housing in Little Tokyo, Japanese Americans returning from the camps moved into areas surrounding the downtown, into apartments and boarding houses. Notably, Boyle Heights, just east of Little Tokyo, had a large Japanese American population in the 1950s (as it had before the internment) until the arrival of Mexican and Latino immigrants replaced most of them.
In the late 1970s, a redevelopment movement started as Japanese corporations expanded overseas operations and many of them set up their US headquarters in the Los Angeles area. Several new shopping plazas and hotels opened, along with branches of some major Japanese banks. Although this redevelopment resulted in many new buildings and shopping centers, there are still some of the original Little Tokyo buildings and restaurants, especially along First Street.
During the 1970s and 1980s, artists began to move into nearby aging warehouse spaces in the area, forming a hidden community in the industrialized area. Al's Bar, Gorky's, the Atomic Cafe, and LA Contemporary Exhibitions (LACE) are some well-known sites.
Land use has been a contentious issue in Little Tokyo due to its history, the proximity to the Los Angeles Civic Center, the role of Los Angeles as a site of business between Japan and America, and the increasing influx of residents into the Artist District. Unlike a traditional ethnic enclave, there are relatively few Japanese residents in the area because of evacuation and internment. Consequently, Little Tokyo, like other ethnic urban enclaves, is constantly threatened with development that could eradicate it. Conversely, because the Japanese American community was politicized by the internment and subsequent Redress and Reparations effort, and because of the global and local growth of overseas Japanese investment, Little Tokyo has resisted eradication and has continued to exist as a tourist attraction, community center, and home to Japanese American senior citizens and others.
The current site of Parker Center, the Los Angeles Police Department's former headquarters, was the original site of the Nishi Hongwanji Buddhist temple. The south edge of the block where Parker Center stands was part of the First Street business strip of shops. The warehouses and new condominiums to the east of Little Tokyo were once residential areas of the district. The Weller Court mall was opposed by some people in the community because it redeveloped a strip of family-owned small businesses. Community activists established First Street as a historic district in 1986, In 2004, they helped reopen the Far East Cafe, an acknowledged community hub.
In 1959, Los Angeles entered a sister city relationship with the city of Nagoya. Nagoya is Los Angeles' oldest sister city, along with Eilat, Israel.

Today I'm started to plan my month in Uk for work.

Yes, recently I have received a good reply from a job interview in UK from Birmingham.
Now I'm planning the clothes to bring with me in Birmingham because the weather is not like here in Rome with sunny and warm days.

So I leave my country at 24 of this month July and I return in September I hope when I'm stay in Birmingham at the end of this job I can stay in Birmingham maybe if I lucky I can get another job place maybe as salesperson or assistant shop in a supermarket or in a store. Certainly at the End of this job in UK I have a good point for me, because I've worked in UK and probably is a good reference during the job interview.

This job where I go is a job in the Welfare State UK yes I have the occupy to help the poor people in the Nartex district in Birmingham and some work like Gardener in the Martinue Garden in Birmingham. And probably after this experience I can found a job like Gardener or I can stay one year again with this Volunteer Agency called JVC Jesuit Volunteer Community in UK.

The JVC is a volunteer agency but sometimes can offer some job posistion but with a low pay similar in my actually situation because the Agency offer me a free house for stay free cost of transportation but I have a pocket money and probably, in some works have a real salary not a pocket money.

I accepted this work position like volunteer with a pocket money only for improve my English, for help the poor people and for learn about the Britain Welfare State because actually I'm studying the difference about the Italian Welfare State and the others Welfare State in the World. For me the Welfare State is important because with a good Welfare State you can have a good future a good State and if you don't has a good Welfare State you can change your Welfare State with your heart and with your love for change this World in a beautiful and peacefull World.

I'm Sorry for the mistakes but, I think this journal is quite clear and understandable..

Ah I'm forget I hope for the future my next trips are in China and Iceland for helps the poor people and give my contribution for create a better World and a strong and better Welfare State.

Luke1990 : The Final (0)

Today is the great day, Spain vs Italy.

Today there is the European Final football game Spain vs Italy my team it was the surprise of this European and now have the midfielders most strong than Spain.
And we have Mario Balotelli and that is a very scary striker for the other national team of football and my team have the most strong defense in the all European Football Game.

The Spain has win all the match in this European, but has draw with Italy 1-1.

Probably another security for my team is Buffon the goalkeeper most famous in the World and World Champion in the year 2006 like De Rossi , De Rossi is a midfielder of As Roma and of Italy football team.

The Italy National Football Team (Italian: Nazionale di calcio dell’Italia), represents Italy in association football and is controlled by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC),
the governing body for football in Italy.

Italy is the second most successful national team in the history of the World Cup behind Brazil, having won four titles (1934, 1938, 1982, 2006). They have also won one European championship (1968), one Olympic football tournament (1936) and two Central European International Cups.

The traditional colour of the national team (as well as all Italian national teams and athletes officially representing Italy) is azure blue[1] (azzurro, in Italian), due to the "Azzurro Savoia" (Savoy Blue), the colour traditionally linked to the royal dynasty which unified Italy in 1861, and maintained in the official standard of the Italian President.

Luke1990 : I've found a new job like salesperson in a SportsWear department near my house (7)

I've found a new job like salesperson in a SportWear department near my house.
The Company name is Cisalfa is a very famous company because is associate with Intersport Europe and Intersport is a big and important trademark.
I'll started one week ago and I like very much this new role in the SportWear because two year ago I worked in Company similar but only with electronics products.
my co-workers are friendly with me but is a real friendly company recently we have new sport products for the running repart and it was a busy week for put the products in oredrr and ticketing the price in the box..
Yesterday I meet in my job two Korean tourist and I help them with some products for the free time because this Company called Cisalfa Outlet is not only a big retail Company founded about the Stock-in products but we have sport products for the free time.
Some day I can improve my English because we have tourist or foreigner workers in my city Rome to come in Cisalfa for buy products two day ago a example is come in Cisalfa one man from nigeria and he can speak only in English and I had a very great conversation with her because we have talking not only about the products but we have talking about my country the problem in the world and similar but interesting argument.
In this Comapny my contract is for 6 month is a temporary job but I have a monthly salary of 550 euro and is a part-time work hour but break in two day in the week I have a full day of 8 hour but with one hour of lunch time.
My work hour is complicated to explaine because in Italy the work plane nedeed of a reform too burocracy and too stupid law here in Italy..
this A short story about INTERSPORT: In 1968, 10 successful national buying organizations came together with an ultimate goal in mind: to create an international sporting goods operation that gives customers the fullest benefits, confidence in retailers and complete product satisfaction. The congregation in Paris gave life to INTERSPORT and a new world of sport retail intelligence began.
The first INTERSPORT store in South Korea and thus in Asia opened its doors
INTERSPORT is proud to have opened the first INTERSPORT store in Asia together with LG Fashion. We have the long-term goal to play a leading role in most of the Asian-Pacific countries in eight to ten years. South Korea is a first and important step in this direction.
With the extension of its business to China and Lebanon, INTERSPORT successfully continues its expansion strategy launched in 1999. The INTERSPORT Group originated and continues, for the past 30 years, to operate in Western Europe and Canada and is now represented by 340 shops in 16 Eastern European countries as well as in the Middle East in four countries with 15 shops.
But now my real problem is decline the job contract for trying the Volunteer Summer programme in UK??
In the Summer Programme the Agency to provide me I have to pay only travel cost for come in UK and return in my home only with the flying airplane.
Yes because the agency pay the cost of trasportation, food and flat and the agency to give me an allowance of 33 pounds.

Luke1990 : Today I hope my football team win against Spain (0)

Today the day is come at the 18.00 pm my team challenge the Spain football team, Italy VS Spain.
The European Football Trophy is began two day ago with Russia vs Cezka Republic and Polonia vs Greek, the Russia win with 4 goal and Polonia vs Greek is finished with a draw of 1-1.
Yesterday it was the turn of Germany win against the Portugal with 1 goal and the Denmark beat the Netherlands with 1 goal, I hope today my team win against the Spain.
The UEFA European Football Championship is the main football competition of the men's national football teams governed by UEFA (the Union of European Football Associations). Held every four years since 1960, in the even-numbered year between World Cup tournaments, it was originally called the UEFA European Nations Cup, changing to the current name in 1968. Starting with the 1996 tournament, specific championships are often referred to in the form "Euro 2012" or whichever year is appropriate.
Prior to entering the tournament all teams other than the host nations (which qualify automatically) compete in a qualifying process. The championship winners earn the opportunity to compete in the following FIFA Confederations Cup, but are not obliged to do so.
The 13 European Championship tournaments have been won by nine different national teams. Germany is the most successful team in the history of the tournament, winning three times in six final appearances. France and Spain are the only other multiple-time winners with two titles each. The other European Championship winners have been Italy, Czechoslovakia, Netherlands, Denmark, Greece and inaugural winners Soviet Union, with one title each. Since the tournament started in 1960, no team has managed consecutive wins
The last championship, co-hosted by Switzerland and Austria in 2008, was won by Spain, who beat Germany 1–0. The 2012 European Championship is currently being co-hosted by Poland and Ukraine from 8 June to 1 July

I don't know why, but I have one pinoy friend she is a girl and she told me forever bad words or disapprove me in the dialogue in the facebook chat.
I don't know why, I am a polite person maybe she's does not see into me a polite person.
Anyway recently I'm seeing different sport organizations for try to partecipate in the SportFest the SportFest is a Sport-Festival Day in your city.
But during yesterday, after many different places where I went for looking. I understand the SportFest is organized by the Pinoy Community and for this now I need to go in the Pinoy Embassy for further information about the SportFest.
The SportFest is a multi-sport event is an organized sporting event, often held over multiple days, featuring competition in many different sports between organized teams of athletes from (mostly) nation-states. The first major, modern, multi-sport event of international significance was the modern Olympic Games.
Many regional multi-sport events have since been founded and modeled after the Olympics. Most have the same basic structure. Games are held over the course of several days in and around a "host city," which changes for each competition. Countries send national teams to each competition, consisting of individual athletes and teams that compete in a wide variety of sports. Athletes or teams are awarded gold, silver or bronze medals for first, second and third place respectively. The games are generally held every four years, though some are annual competitions.
Here in Italy the SportFest are under the control of the Pinoy Community.

Luke1990 : Hello Lang-8 friends (3)

Hello It's me Luke.

Today I'm sad because recently in my country there was a big earthquake.

The earthquake It's started two days ago, but until now there are some little earthquake in the region of Emilia Romagna.

The Emilia Romagna is a region in Italy we have the regions, the regions are similar at one State, but very small than a real state.

The earthquake It's happened in two cities Modena and Ferrara and today in some town of Emilia Romagna.

Now I'll send with the help of a NGO association my money for the donation, but are few.

The real problem of this tragedy are the most part of Italians without a home and living in curtain camps and the Emergency Home Places are occupy from the illegal foreigners and that's inacceptable.

I think in every country of this world first of all the Status defending its own citizens and after the foreigners.

In Italy we have a large part of illegal migrants without a job and survive only by the Italian Welfare State allowance of my country.

Planned measures for the recruitment of migrant workers and bags'' work'': companies wishing to recruit foreign workers may receive incentives equal to 12,000 euros for each contract for an indefinite period and amounted to EUR 5,000 per contract term started.

Also part of an integrated program of work placement (work experience), through which each participant will receive a scholarship of 400 euros per month working.

Incentives will also benefit the agricultural cooperatives where I live, assuming immigrants pay less in taxes
So who says that is not true he lies.

Sorry but in my opinion this is beautiful and good discrimination against the Italians.

until now are 7000 the number of the Italians homeless for the earthquake tragedy.

I don't know because my State don't provide social security for my people,I hope in a better resolution and in a good political class in the future.

Luke1990 : Some problems (6)

There are bad and good news from my side now..

I want to start with the bad news ok!

Yesterday I received the letter from my last job interview of this month and I went for the job interview in Foot Locker two weeks ago and the letter say this words: Dear Gianluca ( Gianluca is my Italian name) we are glad about your interest to work in Foot Locker but at the moment we haven't choose you for current position and we change this direction with another person.. And at the end of the letter the regards and some good words like dear Gianluca now your Cv is it in the Foot Locker data-base and if we have need of you don't worry Foot Locker send a message of you for another job offer or job positions..

However, there is a good news in this letter because if my Cv stay for one year in the data-base of Foot Locker maybe I have many possiblities to have new job interviews in Foot locker in the future.

The good news is my job at the stadium, like Steward yesterday I renewed my job contract with the SS Lazio Soccer Company and I uncovered with my salary I have the pension contributions around 7.50 euro is low but is a good news for me because I thinking with this job I don't has the pension contributions for arrive at my future pension.. NAturally for have a good pension is better to have another job with this job.. Because in Italy we have a law where you can to work with two jobs for arrive at the pension, but there are different few and the Steward is one of them.

Example if you are a Butcher and work like Steward you can do it!

Now I don't know very well the list where you can work with two jobs but I think only the job if you have a salary with the Inps Allowance ( Inps is the our Pension System ).

Probably the next week, when I finish my course of English I go at the stadium for try to apply the job form for the As Roma Soccer Company because two is better than one..

In Italy employers "occasional" can use the vouchers in this way correspond to temporary workers the same pay and pay employment taxes and insurance INPS and INAIL. They can be used by particular categories of workers (pensioners, students, housewives, etc..) Or for occasional special activities - incidental (housework, gardening, babysitting, repetitions, etc..). Not be used in buildings and plant for the sector-specific rules (Decree. 81/2008, Art. 90 and following; DM 37/2008)

The retirement pension is a pension provision that it is for those who are or have been enrolled in any of the social security institutions required by law, such as Social Security.

The retirement pension is that particular type of pension benefit that you can get before reaching retirement age. The criteria for access to this service vary depending on the fund in which contributions were paid.

The requirements for employees enrolled needle (Compulsory Insurance General) are:
35 years of contributions and 60 years of chronological age, or alternatively
40 years of contributions regardless of age of the applicant.

The requirements for those enrolled in special funds such as craftsmen, traders, farmers and sharecroppers settlers are:
35 years of contributions and 61 years of chronological age, or alternatively
40 years of contributions regardless of age of the applicant.

Remember that in calculating the contribution also sickness or unemployment (except for the requirement of 35 +57 and 35 +58 years) except for some special benefits (such as unemployment for special agricultural workers) . For employees, the acceptance of an application for retirement shall be subject to termination of employment.

This type of service will disappear gradually that workers enrolled in the old pay system will be replaced by those who are enrolled in the new contribution system established by L. 335/1995, the so-called Dini reform.

Luke1990 : English Course 2 (1)

Today I started an English course containing most of the grammar rules.
The British pronunciation is very difficult and the grammar rules are hard. Today I tried to speaking with a British accent, but for me the American accent is easier .
This is probably because I love American English but the truth is that British grammar is more difficult than American English.
And during the day after lunch we had another test but instead it was a grammar test exercise. And in this test with 30 questions I made only 8 mistakes.
I thought to myself that this was not bad. At the end of this course my grammar will probably be improved.

Today I started a course of English composed by most grammar rules. So is very difficult the British pronunciation and the grammar rules are hard, today I'll tried to speaking with a British imitation but for me is more easy the USA pronunciation.
Probably because I love the USA English but the truth is the British grammar is equal than the USA English.
And I need to improving in the grammar and I hope in this course improve day to day, at the entry test I made only 3 grammatical mistake test th 13 answer. And during the day after the lunch we have made another test but it was a grammar test exercise and in this test with 30 answer I made it, yes I made only 8 mistake. I though no bad no bad probably at the end of this course my grammar will be improved.

Forever I thought my English is understandable for the foreigner because my two friends from Dublin say me your English is very good and the tourists at the Stadium say me have a good English but my grammar is bad and probably my English is good for a non English native speakers. But I don't know this! Because I can comunicate with foreigner in English here in my country but if me going in the United Kingdom is the same thing? Probably only if I lucky to talk with one gentle British citizen.
Today in my high school the diploma is arrived and I went in this morning to my school for get my diploma.
So apart the burocracy practice of Italian after 10 minutes I have my Diploma in my hands and I'm very glad because for me is a important goal.
I have the possible to entry in the University and others things.
With this diploma I have the free access at the seminars or course at the University.
My purpose with this diploma is get a good job in a Company like Coonad-Coop or others big societies.
Coonad is a cooperative is not a real company, but a big cooperative society .
Conad (Consorzio Nazionale Dettaglianti) is an Italian retail stores brand which operates one of the largest supermarket chains in Italy. Created in 1962, Conad is a cooperative system of entrepreneurs, dealing in large-scale distribution. It is structured on three levels: entrepreneur members (owners of retail outlets), cooperatives (large shopping and distribution centers), and the national consortium (a service and market-oriented body for member companies).
As of 2005, Conad operates nearly 2,850 shops and employs almost 35,200 people.
And Coop is a system of Italian consumers' cooperatives which operates the largest supermarket chain in Italy. Its headquarters are located in Casalecchio di Reno, Province of Bologna.
The first cooperative shop was established in Turin in 1854. As of 2010, Coop's system operates with 115 consumers' cooperatives (9 biggers, 14 mediums and 92 smallers), with 1,444 shops and 56,682 employers, with more than 7.429.847 members and an annual revenue of €12.9 billion.
And naturally there is the Ipercoop is a brand for co-operative hypermarket stores in Italy and Croatia used either by co-operatives members and non-members clients of Coop Italia. In Italian the hypermarket, i.e. combination of a supermarket and a department store, is called ipermercato.

Yes, this explaining only one part of the trading in Italy, formed by the cooperative societies.
Usually this cooperative are In commerce with hypermarkets is a superstore combining a supermarket and a department store. The result is an expansive retail facility carrying a wide range of products under one roof, including full groceries lines and general merchandise. In theory, hypermarkets allow customers to satisfy all their routine shopping needs in one trip.
Or A supermarket, a form of grocery store, is a self-service store offering a wide variety of food and household merchandise, organized into departments. It is larger in size and has a wider selection than a traditional grocery store, also selling items typically found in a convenience store, but is smaller and more limited in the range of merchandise than a hypermarket or big-box store.
The supermarket typically comprises meat, fresh produce, dairy, and baked goods departments, along with shelf space reserved for canned and packaged goods as well as for various non-food items such as household cleaners, pharmacy products and pet supplies. Most supermarkets also sell a variety of other household products that are consumed regularly, such as alcohol (where permitted), medicine, and clothes, and some stores sell a much wider range of non-food products.
The traditional suburban supermarket occupies a large amount of floor space, usually on a single level. It is usually situated near a residential area in order to be convenient to consumers. Its basic appeal is the availability of a broad selection of goods under a single roof, at relatively low prices. Other advantages include ease of parking and frequently the convenience of shopping hours that extend far into the evening or even 24 hours a day. Supermarkets usually allocate large budgets to advertising, typically through newspapers. They also present elaborate in-store displays of products. The stores are usually part of corporate chains that own or control (sometimes by franchise) other supermarkets located nearby—even transnationally—thus increasing opportunities for economies of scale.
Supermarkets typically are supplied by the distribution centres of their parent companies, usually in the largest city in the province.
Supermarkets usually offer products at low prices by reducing their economic margins. Certain products (typically staple foods such as bread, milk and sugar) are occasionally sold as loss leaders, that is, with negative profit margins. To maintain a profit, supermarkets attempt to make up for the lower margins by a higher overall volume of sales, and with the sale of higher-margin items. Customers usually shop by placing their selected merchandise into shopping carts (trolleys) or baskets (self-service) and pay for the merchandise at the check-out. At present, many supermarket chains are attempting to further reduce labor costs by shifting to self-service check-out machines, where a single employee can oversee a group of four or five machines at once, assisting multiple customers at a time.
A larger full-service supermarket combined with a department store is sometimes known as a hypermarket. Other services offered at some supermarkets may include those of banks, cafés, childcare centres/creches, photo processing, video rentals, pharmacies and/or petrol stations.
The most important Supermarket or Hyperstore are Bennet Auchan and others.

Luke1990 : My 1 May (3)

It was a very great 1 May, thank you to all my friends for the great day.
So recently after the day of 1 May the International Celebration of Labour I organized a party day in one house of my friend Marco.
The house it's located at Tor Vajianica is one town very close to the sea, only 5 minutes in car and 12 minutes by foot.
The journey from Rome to Tor Vajianica was only 1 hour when I and my friends have arrived in the house, we have prepared the barbecue and the meat.
During the afternoon I have talked about my favourites hobby and one of my friend teaching me to play the guitar, but only short musical passages.
And naturally in the afternoon we going in the beach and some my friends going in the sea for the bath, I declined the offer of some friends to follow their in the water because now in Italy is not the time for partecipate in a bath in the sea.
After the bath in the sea by the part of 2 my friends, we go in one bar long the beach and enjoy togheter the sunset until the Sun touching the Sea.
At the dinner time my friends have rebuilt the barbecue and cook the meats.
My friends group was 4 boys and 5 girls and Torvajanica is a frazione of the commune of Pomezia, in the province of Rome, central Italy. Counting some 12,700 inhabitants, it extends for some 8 kilometers on central Lazio's littoral.
According to Vergil's Aeneid, the Trojan hero Aeneas landed here: this event is confirmed by the excavation of the ancient Roman town of Lavinium in the neighborhood of Torvaianica. The name derives from a coastal watch tower, Torre del Vajanico, built in 1580 to defend against Barbary pirates attacks. The tower was damaged during World War II and demolished during the 1960s building speculations. The town was founded in the 1940s, after the reclamation of the Pontine Marshes by the Fascist government; population at the time was mostly composed of fishermen.
The economy is mostly based on tourism. Torvaianica is home to the Zoomarine amusement park.
At the Zoomarine there are not only the dolphins in another pool there are sharks and barracuda..

Luke1990 : If you don't know (1)

Probably If you don't know.
The Important is not the beauty, but the heart!
There are many couples in love, and have deep joy because have a heart full of joy and respect for the people at the difference of the models with hypocrisy ...

And much Probably the value of love is not only the seeking of the perfection in the body, but the perfection of the heart.

The value of love by the integrity depend by Accepting your body and your personality not the perfections.

Many people do not know this power for a strong love relationship with the years, They have only one thing in the head. The continue seeking perfection and do not accept the value of the heart in one person, the personality and the good life with good values.

They kidding the imperfection of the other persons.

Are very impressed by these people with this personaly of the good value of the love and without the seeker of the perfections of body. For me this is the real secret for be forever and togheter with a person and naturally this person have a strong relationship in love and in the married for years and years with the same husband and wife.

Yes because the Love is an emotion of a strong affection and personal attachment. Love is also a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection; and "the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another". Love may also be described as actions towards others or oneself based on compassion, or as actions towards others based on affection.

Probably I thought usually this idea of the love is difference and variable by the religions and with the sociology science and human comportment. But I think the based rules are emotion strong affection and personal attachment, certainly not everybody have my same opinion and don't have the same theory.

And sometimes the fact couples don't have a very simple or beautiful life like every human think. some culture have this idea of the fact couple ans many years ago was normal to have a fact couple with the combinated marry this idea remained only in few countries.

Luke1990 : The Perfection (2)

Why research the perfection when you have a intermediate level another things ?
Can be the sport or others.

My question is the language, for a non-native speakers it's difficult to study another language the grammar like my case, usually I make grammar errors in English. But if you have a understandable language why you try to follow the perfection. Here in Italy we have a large part of migrants from the Est Europe,Africa,South-America,Morocco,Philippine and from other parts from world, but if you have a intermediate level of Italian you can get a Graduate or Diploma the last year it was my ultimate year for get the Diploma in Italy the Diploma is the pass for entry in the University and in my class there have been many foreigners son of migrants and believe for get the Diploma this foreigners have a intermediate level of italian and their have won the challenge. Yes, the challenge of integration and determination. This foreigner here in Italy have a job and some foreigners have a job If have a basic level of italian, my teory is you can survive if you have a basic or intermediate level of language without the research of perfection. Probably my English grammar is bad, but here in Italy the Govern don't invest in the language or in the study. Here in Italy if you want to study a language for research the perfection or have a perfect English you should to go in the private course of English or like many youth Italian try to go in London for improve but sometimes return in my country because don't have job experience or because the level of English of Italians is not perfect like a mother tongue. I think the people to should be patient because no one it's born learned, that's all.

And I'm so sorry for my English grammar because is not perfect like a British. ^^

Luke1990 : Today in Rome (3)

Today in Rome is a bad day yes there is the rain.. And the job vacancies in my country aren't good. I want only a job with a monthly salary not job as sales or call center without a monthly salary but with provisions.. Is a bad and hard moment for everybody..
that's incredible when you looking some job vacancies in the papers or in the job portal you can see only job as sales, marketing face to face or similar. The problem of this job doesn't have a monthly salary, but only commisions in the work.
Example if you are a good seller and you have some clients in your side you can get the commissions, but if you don't have the clients in your side don't have the money. in Italy there are many jobs similar, but it's called job. Why it's called job if you don't have a monthly salary why???
And explain to me how you can survive with this job??'
In this job you can survive only if you produce, but there are many job similar, but included the monthly salary.. When I went in MediaWorld for work, 3 year ago in MediaWorld I had a monthly salary. it was a little monthly salary around 400 euro, but was a monthly salary. The problem today here in Rome but in the all world the big Company of GDO don't invest in the younger citizen and don't create job place, if you see a Company have only old people and 1-2 young boy or girl if you are lucky. Here in Italy is that don't need have the job experiences but only a recommendation. Now many younger graduate don't have a job and only old people or guys with recommendation have a job. However, not only the job is a disaster here in Rome have a big rate of old people employment and in the politics. Yes my country is a country without younger in the political or in the job, Yes my country is a country without youth in the political or in the job, you can see forever in Italy in the job place only oldest people in various job. My country don't invest in the youth you can see the actual political class in Italy are old people. In this case many youth leave my country in UK,USA,Finland,Canada and other country. Recently there are a big rate of younger in Australia but only with the temporary Visa called Working and Holiday. After one year with this Visa if you are luckt you can get another year but for try to get a sponsorship of work is impossible because like the all country the Austalian governament defend the Aussie citizen for work and other law. Not like here in Italy where there are illegal migrant or the Italian law to favourite the migration in Italy.

On January 8, 2008 in Ljubljana, capital of Slovenia, opened the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue 2008 with the slogan "Together in diversity" has decided to undertake a path of improving relations between the peoples of Europe, facilitating understanding of traditions, religion and culture of each nation.

The initiative was launched by Decision no. 1983/2006/EC of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union that aims to "foster mutual understanding and coexistence, highlighting the benefits of cultural diversity, fostering a sense of belonging to Europe".

Europe continues to widen its borders by investing populations with cultures very different and very distant from the western way of life, the greatest difficulties in integrating live and interact without conflict of different cultures and nations that can mutually benefit from a exchange of ideas and thoughts very different from each other.

The first consequence is that after they have free passage between the borders of two countries with different lifestyles is a migration from the poorest country to the richest and this is what happens to so many countries situated to the east of Germany, Austria and Italy .

The migration to the west allows the improvement of the lifestyle of many eastern populations but the presence of "foreign" in their own country, still will not be frowned upon by most residents.

Cultural diversity, which are interpreted as a threat to national identity, plus the presence of real criminals who are there to fan the flames of intolerance that leads to generalized not accept any kind of foreigner.

Read

Unlike other Western European nations, the Italian government has never been able to pass a good law that controlled regolamentasse and the presence of foreigners in Italy. To this is added a law that will not ensure the penalties imposed on offenders and allows even the Italians themselves, more or less quietly continuing their illegal activities.

In Italy there are grounds to fight lawlessness and because of this, the opening of the borders has allowed anyone to enter and to do what felt right for himself.

Labor and immigrant

Immigrants and honest workers are still the majority and are convenient, especially for companies.

If during the life of each one tends to improve their economic position, a European citizen moves in a richer nation if he has the freedom to do so, the same applies for Italians who move to Spain, Germany, Switzerland ... Why should not do a Romanian, a Croat or Albanian?

A citizen who had serious problems in their country of work and survival, are more satisfied with an Italian and you can pay less and do more work, regardless of experience or qualifications have.

If the basic salary of 3000 euros in Germany was and we could offer what we would do 2500 or even 2000? This happens for foreign immigrants coming to our country.

The tensions

If an Italian workman wants their rights are respected but he knows that the other side is an immigrant willing to take his job even in a worse condition, it happens that intolerance and hatred rise up to completely block any attempt approach and integration. Striking is the case of an Egyptian who had to undergo 2 years of discriminatory harassment because of their nationality and religion, as well as racism, in this case one can speak of true religious bullying.

Not always, however, the problems are caused by racism, pure and simple.

Among the immigrants there are also those civilians uncivilized and if these are allowed complete freedom, impunity, to do what you want, the population tends to lash out against all non-Italian citizens: the causes are attributable only to governments that have not protected the safety of residents and continue to punish crime.

The future and the children of immigrants

The Italian schools rely more and more children of immigrants who have every intention of graduating and graduate to spend a quiet and serene life of their parents.

Even with one or more years of delay, the pupils of foreign origin who participate in exams at the end of this year will be about 50,000 years and many continue their studies by enrolling in an Italian faculty, we will, therefore, many children of migrant graduates various parts of the world who stand looking for a job.

The future of Italy is not at all the most rosy and think in a total resolution of the problem in a short time working is pure folly. In this context, what might happen?

Many children of Italian immigrants in America between the late 800 and early 900, continued to live and work in the United States where job opportunities were endless and meritocracy really rewarded those who were able and willing.

If now the same Italians emigrated to European countries are well ahead of us, there is also anticipated that the children of immigrants in Italy will do the same thing: the scarcity of work is not easy to stop and the cause will not be the thousands of boys children of earlier immigrants.

Most likely they also will emigrate to other countries and it is said that one day someone (especially those not born in Italy) returns to his homeland to bring their experience and improve the nation of its origin.

I say only for the other States prepare for another Italians migrations That's All

Luke1990 : The new reform (7)

The center of the reform, the minister said Fornero, is the permanent contract as a contract "prevalent" and "dominant" over others. Over the 36 months of work each term contract automatically becomes permanent. You can not do internship after graduation, as defined by the Minister Fornero 'unpaid work'. The entry of young people up to 29 years in the world of work will be done with a "contract of apprenticeship," which becomes "integration contract" for those over 29 years. The apprenticeship will not last more than three years and including a training course: in case of non-recruitment, the skills of the worker will still be certified.

For the duration of contracts, companies will pay a 1.4 percent additional tax. These fees will be refunded in case of permanent employment of the worker - the "premium stabilization" - otherwise it will finance the ASPI, another novelty introduced by the reform. The risk is that during the contract term tax increases will be paid by the employee himself, as was done in the past, since it has no ability to negotiate the amount of his salary.

What is the ASPI
The acronym stands for Employment and Social Insurance For it is technically a social safety net, a means of income support for those who lose their jobs. From 2016 to replace the mobility allowance and unemployment benefits, and will, in the definition of government, "universal" will also cover workers with fewer years of experience and those who have atypical and precarious contracts, thus far excluded from any social safety net (artists and apprentices and employees).

Workers with two years of retirement insurance and at least 52 weeks of work over the past two years will have access to a monthly allowance of a maximum of 1,119.32 euros gross, which will be reduced by 15 percent after 6 months and another 15 percent After another 6 months. The delivery may take up to one year for those younger than 55 years, 18 months for those over 55 years.

All workers will help to finance the ASPI, at 1, 4 percent of those who have a permanent contract, 2.8 percent who have a precarious contract (making the mechanism of incentives and disincentives in the previous paragraph) . The surcharge on futures contracts shall not apply to seasonal, local businesses and tourist trade. Small businesses continue to enjoy an advantageous arrangements, will pay the 0.40 per cent and not 1, 4 as large enterprises.

The ASPI will enter into force only in 2016 and "transient" to allow time for the older workers on the move today to get to retirement, thanks to corporate contributions. The reform of social safety nets do not touch the ordinary fund, the special is limited to companies under restructuring. Is exceeded but the layoffs notwithstanding, introduced in 2009 to extend subsidies to small businesses excluded from layoffs. The ASPI would be the realization of the change of Government approach, the protection of the workplace to protect workers. According to the minister Fornero ASPI will cover 12 million workers, where current tools will cover 4.

Oh this is the new Reform about the work.. I know only some things 42,9% youth unrmployment and 50% of suicide and most family under a level of Dignity.
