Today I started A new runner training I'll run for 15 minutes plus 20 minutes by walk and the ultimate 5 minutes by run.. I hope to lose early my weight. Probably a Gym Center but at this moment I don't have the money for pay the Gym center and for this I went 3 day in the morning to run.. I think it was a good start in the future I increased the pace of work.
