Good morning.
Yesterday I took my two kids to Tokyo Toys Museum alone.
It was a little tough to take care of them by myself.
There were many wooden toys in Tokyo Toys Museum.
They played with many many toys and enjoyed them very much.
At last I bought them wooden toys.
I was tired to take care of them, but I enjoyed playing with toys too.
I want to take them to another happy place in the near future alone.

Yesterday I took my two kids with me to Tokyo Toys Museum alone.Alone sounds awkward, maybe "with me"? You aren't truly alone, you are with your children
They played with many, many toys and enjoyed them very much.
I want to take them to another happy place in the near future alone."Alone" is fine, but I think it sounds awkward. Maybe say I want to take them to another happy place again in the near future" which would imply the alone since you are repeating the event.
Very good! The "alone" at the end of the two sentences sounds a little awkward, I gave my suggestions above.
I didn't go there alone. ^^
At the end, I bought them some wooden toys.
The kids tired me out, but I enjoyed playing with the toys, too.
There is surely nothing in this world more exhausting than taking young children to public places (#_#)
