My first entry this year

This is my first entry this year.
今年初めてのエントリーです。

I set some goals for this year on New Year's Day.
元旦に今年の目標をいくつか決めました。

One of these is to strengthen my writing ability in English.
その中の一つが英語でのライティング力の強化です。

I think that writing English entries at Lang-8 is very effective way,
Lang-8 で英語のエントリーを書くことはとても有効だと思うので、

so I set this as a goal for this year.
このことを今年の目標としました。

I'm going to write an entry at lease twice a week.
一週間に少なくとも2回エントリーを書くつもりです。

I will read and correct some entries which are written by someone who studies Japanese,
日本語を勉強されている人のエントリーを読んで訂正させてもらうので、

so please correct my entry.
