きょうわ えあたしお いそがしい
today I really have a very bussy day at work. Perhaps the problem was that I was thinking in several things, some task at work, another ones in the university.
At some point I loose the focus.
The last saturday I took too much sun, a really long sunbath while I was walking near a lagoon in a city not so far from home.
But I got a little burn, but not really burn, I got part of my skin red... Today it is ligth pink and I hope that in some days I will be completelly fine.
でも, きょうわ はれる と わたしわ どよおうび おぼえる
わたしわ, どようびに すごい. だたか, いい です.
I have to have me more patience while the time go on, the skin came better and the shirt does not bothers like today, just a little but the skin still is too sensitive.
PS: this note was written yesterday, but i forget to public (yes my home computer wasn't shut down since a long time ago)

わたしわは, どようびに すごい.
だたか, いい です. Sorry, but i don't understand here either. You mean, you will have a tough day on Saturday? If so, you can say ことがありそうです。
今日はしごとでとてもいそがしい日だ。
たぶん 問題はしごとで、もうひとつは大学だ。
せんしゅうのどようび、家のちかくのラグーンをあるいて日光浴をしすぎた。
でも、ちょっとだけやいたのに、ひふがあかくなった。
どようびはすごい。.
だから、どようびはすきだ。
I wrote your note in Japanese by 「だ」form.
It's better to use 「です、ます」form to express politely.
To take too much sunbath may be dangerous for your skin ?

Today it is light pink and I hope that in some days I will be completely fine. 今日は、薄桃色(うすももいろ)をしている。いつか完全(かんぜん)によくなることを願っている。(ねがっている. I think what you wanted to say here is that I hope I will be fine soon? すぐに良くなるといいのですが 。This is very natural way to say in Japanese. Japanese often does not translate subject once person understand who or what a writer talking about. In this case (the skin)
もう少し、がまんするようにしなければいけません。皮膚(ひふ)は少しずつ良くなっていて今日はシャツが触れても(ふれても) そんなに気になりません。でも、まだ大変敏感です。(たいへんびんかんです) I did not exactly follow the words by words to make it sounds more natural.
I hope you don't mind me working on your past entry. I just had extra time today.

and in present:
