I'm going to go to triathlon school lesson tomorrow, so I tried bicycle maintenance.

I tried to pump air into the tire, but couldn't do it! Why? The reason was that there was a hole with it...

As I have no reserve tire, I will not be able to ride bicycle tomorrow. My motivation have decreased...

I have worked a lot this week, so sleep is not enough. I might get up late tomorrow morning.

The first training was swimming. I swam about 1,500m.

The second training was runnning. Unfortunately it was rain today, so we couldn't do it outside. Trainers changed programs, and we did trunk exercise to make our body stabilized.

I had exercised for three hours today, so I'm very tired.

As I'm going to participate in a triathlon tournament this October, I have to practice more and more.

I will do may best to finish!

It is not inexpensive for me.

So I have to use it practically.
