I did triathlon training this morning. It started 8:30.
The first training was swimming. I swam about 1,500m.
The second training was runnning. Unfortunately it was rain today, so we couldn't do it outside. Trainers changed programs, and we did trunk exercise to make our body stabilized.
I had exercised for three hours today, so I'm very tired.
As I'm going to participate in a triathlon tournament this October, I have to practice more and more.
I will do may best to finish!

I'm training for Olympic distance. The tournament which I will be going to participate is longer than it. Total of distance is 88km.

I'm not very familiar with triathlons, but did you mean to say: "to finish" or "to win"?
if you are a top athlete you will want to win, if it is your first triathlon you will probably be happy to complete it.
