The meaning of the couch potato is a lazy Person.
Can I use this word for all kind of lazy person?
Example, I'm not a couch potato because I cook everyday and I don't watch a lot of TV.
Like this sentence, is it possible to use that in a food only in related sentences?

Only if the person stays at home all day and just sits in front of the tv doing nothing else. But if the person just doesn't like to do anything then you just call them lazy or good for nothing haha.
