My good customer had a cerebral hemorrhage.
He has a lot of hobbies. He is able to dance very well with his wife in a dance competition.
He often go to fishing and when he came back, his ice box was filled by fish.
He play a match of tennis. And he likes carpenter's work, too.
He taught me many things. He can do everything and he's always a calm man.
He is a important person for my family.
But now, he has continued in his sleep heavily for three weeks.
I'm very anxious for his awakening early from his deep sleep.

動詞は全部同じ現在形にしました。
ice boxとは間違いないんですけど、ちょっと古い言葉です。今は同じ意味のfreezerの方が普通ですかね。
"filled by ~" shows who is doing the filling. "The freezer was filled by the man."
"filled with ~" shows the 中身. "The roll cake is filled with cream."

Is he in a coma (昏睡)? If you say he is asleep, that sounds more like 睡眠.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope he gets better soon. He is in my prayers.
I'm thankful for your prayer.
