Greetings from America!
I'm a student and an aspiring writer from California and I've been here nearly all my life. I've recently developed an appreciation for Japanese culture and language and, in order to pursue my own desires, I decided to take it upon myself to learn an entirely new language.
Of course, I learned quickly that learning a new language (especially in an entirely new script) is extremely difficult and decided to come here in the hopes of getting better at it.
I'm pretty much a beginner at Japanese. I know hiragana and katakana, but kanji tends to mess me up pretty badly. Hopefully, I'll slowly get better at Japanese, and any help would be immensely appreciated.
As you can tell, I'm a native English speaker and I learned Spanish for about seven years, but my Spanish skills are a bit rusty (probably due to the fact that I haven't spoken it in about two years).
Anyways, feel free to add me on Skype. I'm pretty much always open to talk to people about anything. And I'm nearly always online.
However, I can barely talk in Japanese. I can write and read a little, but talking is a bit hard for me.
