Instead of "segi ajama", the translation: forget the language/mess up (writing in Estonian)
Kas keegi palun soovib/saaks mind aidata?
You can and should omit the "please" in this sentence, but if you want to use it (to be extremely polite), then it must be used in the middle of the sentence.
Red - mistake; blue - very small mistake, wording or some other stylistic mistake; grey - I, as a native speaker, would not use the word.
I'm glad you are finding Estonian to be interesting and beautiful. How long have you learned? Are you using any help? You write very well!
And sure, I could help you with the poem :)
Minu kallim ja luuletus
Kallim is usually(!) the word used when one is talking about the "kallim" to others. It's like "My boyfriend is..." However, "kallike" is is more of an affectionate form of the word "dear". You would use that while you are actually talking with your boyfriend: "How was your day, dear?"
Though of course, you can find examples of "kallike" being used in the literature the same way as you did. This is why I did not really mark it as a mistake. It's just (much) more common to say "kallim". And it can be used for both genders.
Nowadays it is very common for people to just say "poiss" for boyfriend and "türduk" for "girlfriend". Maybe it will make things easier for you.
And 10 months, wow! That shows persistence :)
