I tried Zumba class at YMCA today. It was first time in my life. At first, I was worry that I could follow the instructor , but I enjoyed it very much. These are many Asian and American in class. In the middle of class, I had to take a break every few minuets . My next old woman was more powerful than me and she remembered all how to moving . I was so surprised . It made me continuing the exercise . I will go to YMCA every Thursday next week. If I can dance more smooth, I will invite my friends.
