Why are Japanese ppl like this!?
Today, when I was leaving from my company, I was going down to the 2nd floor from the 4th using an elevator.
I mistakenly got off the elevator at the 3nd floor and 2 guys came in (who we see each other often but had never spoken before) And I said in a loud voice.
"Oops it's 3rd, I confused!!" and turned back into the elevator and laughed, but the 2 guys looked like nothing happened, nor said anything but just wore the very very plain face stared the numbers upper.
I was like "Hey, say something or at least smile!" in my mind. I don't say all of Japanese ppl are like this but this kind of stuff happens often.

Commas are used to introduce dialog.
I said, "Hello!"
"Hello to you too," she said.
"Oops it's the 3rd floor, I was confused//I made a mistake!!" and turned back into the elevator and laughed, but the 2 guys looked like nothing happened, and didn't say anything but just kept a very very plain/neutral face and stared at the numbers upper.
I was like, "Hey, say something or at least smile!" in my mind.
I don't mean that//I don't want to say that all of Japanese ppl are like this but this kind of stuff happens often.
Well, not being Japanese, I don't have an explanation for it, but the same thing happens in the U.S. sometimes too. Some people just don't like interacting with people they don't know, and some people don't pay attention to other people. It sounds like it was the end of the day, so maybe they were just tired and thinking about going home.
Oh it happens in your country too?
Yea, I maybe do like that sometimes but, I was so disappointed today lol

"Oops it's 3rd, I confused!!" and turned back into the elevator and laughed. However, the two guys looked as though nothing happened and didn't say anything. *They kept a plain face and stared at the numbers above. *you might want to say "They were stone-faced..." ("stone-faced" = "expressionless" = 無表情な)
In the building I used to work in, people often got angry when lower floor tenants use the high-rise elevators.
Elevators in New York can really test a person's patience!
\(>o<)/
Seems like elevator problems are everywhere lol
(;´д`) I know how you feel! Sometimes, I think it's strange that Japanese people have no reaction.
Yea, it's really weird and I hate it! (lll-Д-)
I lived in America once but I was like this before been to the US.
I guess this is my nature lol
