Very Cold Winter

It's very cold these days in Japan. Today's temperature is the lowest in this winter.
Instead of this weather, I often feel like eat ice cream. In fact, ice cream is sold better as the winter comes (one of my friends said so).
Speaking of winter, I heard interesting news on TV. Kotatsu, which is like a table with a blanket is becoming popular in some Europe countries. I don't have one in my house, but I'm sure it makes your body warm.
I like winter, but I'm not good at cold weather. How do you avoid coldness?
