A person who always judjes others is called a man correcting reason or rule.
いつも他人を審判する人は正理の人と言われます。
But there is not a person who always can do right action.
しかし、いつも正しい行動ができるひとはいません。
So, When I notice to others taht he missed someting, I say with feelingt of　tender and care,
だから、私はほかの人のミスを指摘する時には、優しく注意して言います。
but not love because I was not matured and may be he is guy.
でも、愛は無いです。それは私が未熟なのと,たぶん、相手が男だからでしょう。
But the sentenses tender loving care are what I heve been preferring word.
しかし、「優しく、愛情を持って、ケアする」は好きな言葉でした。
US Army,s nurses taught me that word.
米軍の看護婦さんが教えてくれた言葉でした。

Thank you for correcting.
Of cause it was English.
And I do not feel tenderness(love) so much to others.
I think that it is unmatured caracter.

So, did the nurses teach you English? As in multiple words? That's the reason why I asked because I wasn't sure if I should correct the last sentence to "US Army's nurses have taught me these words" or if it was specific word(s). ^.^

Well, if you mean it to be possessive, you need to have the apostrophe. Although in this case you can get away without having the apostrophe at all because instead of referring to a person belonging to an organization, we use the organization to describe the job (as an adjective).
Also, if it was one person in particular who taught it to you, then it would be singular, and TLC would be a phrase..
So my final correction would be "A US Army nurse taught me that phrase, TLC."
Please let me know if my explanation makes sense, I don't think I'm good enough at Japanese to translate it properly.. ^.^;

In the right situation at that time,
当時の正しい状況は
Some nurses taught me that phrase.
数人の看護婦さん達が私にそのフレーズを教えました。

And now,I understood which you explained that difference of
the singular and the plural form,
そして今は、私はあなたが説明した、単数と複数の違いを理解しました。

and organization can be used as a adjective in the singular.
そして組織は単数形の場合は、形容詞的に用いることが出来ることも。

"A Central Hospital nurse taught me" and
中央病院の看護婦さんが私に教えた。
"Some nurses belonging C Hospital taught me"
数人のC病院の看護婦さん達が私に教えた。
are proper and adequate.
は正しく適切です。
