How to Fold TOTORO ( with my voice in a video I took^^ )

みなさん、こんにちは！！
Now, I'll try to explain how to fold an Origami Totoro, which is in Studio Ghibli's animated movie "My Neighbor Totoro."
It'll be hard to understand it because of my poor English, so I'll be happy if this video helps you.
今から、折り紙トトロの折り方を説明してみます。スタジオジブリの映画「となりのトトロ」のトトロです。
私のへたくそな英語のせいで分かりにくいと思いますが、この動画が助けになれば嬉しいです。
Before I explain, take a look. This is something I made a little while ago. This is its head, ears, hands, face, belly and tail. The key point is to sandwich the ears between the head's crease.
説明の前に、ちょっと見てください。これは少し前に私が作ったものです。これは頭、耳、手、顔、おなか、そして尻尾。ポイントは、頭の折り目に耳を挟むところです。
Well, OK, let's start.
じゃあ、始めましょう。
1. Fold in half to make a triangle.
三角になるように半分に折ります。
2. Fold in half again.
さらに半分に折ります。
3. Put your finger in the triangle pocket, open up the flap toward the arrow and flatten. Repeat on the other side.
ポケット状になった部分を開き、平らにします。反対側も同じようにします。
4. Fold a little at the top to make a crease. And then make a dent in this part. This is TOTORO's head.
トップを少しを折り、折り目をつけます。それから、この部分をへこませます。これがトトロの頭になります。
5. Fold up the upper flap a little at the bottom. Again, fold up this upper flap slightly less than halfway. This is TOTORO's belly.
手前の１枚のすそ部分を少し折ります。それをまた、半分よりもわずかに小さく折ります。これがトトロのお腹になります。
6. Fold both sides at the center to change the folding face.
両サイドを真ん中で折り、折る面を変えます。
7. Fold in both corners to make the creases, this time both right and left corners will meet at the center, and then unfold. Repeat on the other side.
両端を折り、折り目をつけます。この時、右と左の両方が真ん中で合うようにし、そして開きます。反対側も同じようにします。
8. Put your finger in and pull up the upper flap to make a kind of diamond shape. And fold down the upper flap in half. Repeat on the other side.
手前の１枚を指を入れて引き上げ、ダイアモンドのような形にします。そして半分のところで折り下げます。反対側も同じようにします。
9. Fold up the part like pointed beak. This is TOTORO's ear. Repeat on the other side.
くちばし状になった部分を上へ折り上げます。これがトトロの耳になります。反対側も同じようにします。
10. Change back the folding face again.
折る面をまた戻します。
11. Make its tail. Fold up another part like pointed beak, and then fold sideways. When viewed from the front, you can see the tail a little bit.
しっぽを作ります。もうひとつの口ばし状になった部分を折り上げ、そして斜めに折ります。前から見ると、しっぽがちょっとだけ見えます。
12. Make its hands. Fold away the upper flap a little, and then fold the other flap to the front side.
手を作ります。手前の１枚を少し、奥へと折ります。それからもう１枚を手前へ折ります。
13. Cut out its "eyes" and "mouth" from other white paper. I always use a hole punch.
別の白い紙から「目」と「口」を切り抜きます。私はいつも穴あけパンチを使います。
14. Paste its eyes and mouth on. Also, you can paste its hands and tail.
目と口を貼り付けます。手としっぽも貼り付けておいてもいいです。
15. Draw its eyes, nose, teeth, whiskers and the pattern on its belly.
目、鼻、歯、ひげ、おなかの模様を描きます。
You are finished!! Congrats!!
できあがり！おめでとう！！

大体、添削前の合ってるか分からない英語でビデオ撮りってどうなんやと思ったけど、それがなかったら、何を言ってるか分からないから添削もできないだろうしね～～

けど、どうしてかわかっちゃって（それはビデオがあるからです）
トトロ作ってみたくなっちゃった！
うんうん、英語が分からなくてもいいくらいでしょ、むふむふ。狙いどおり♪

カメラの設置も難しくってさ～、実はあれ、譜面台を変な角度で留めて、大きめのピンチをぶら下げて、スマホをはさんだんだよ～(笑)。
どこ苦労しとんねん～～(笑)。
こういうときはPCよりスマホの方が使い勝手いいですよね！
工夫を凝らして、｢英語が楽しい｣って思える(&思ってもらえる)エントリをどんどん作っていきたいですね。
折り紙作るなんて手先も器用だし、発音も綺麗だし、いろいろびっくりです。
あと余談ですが、ayurunさんの旦那さん次元大介に似てますね。ちょっと笑ってしまいました。

However, I had difficulty with setting up a camera or folding a paper looking at my cheating paper, haha.
