Recently I'm watching Hanamizuki.
It become full bloom at end of April in Japan.
Hanamizuki is called dogwood in English.
About 100 years ago, Japan gave Sakura to America.
And then, America gave Hanamizuki to Japan.
So Hanamizuki is American flower.
Yesterday, I found it.
I was suprised, it is reason that I have been thinking hanamizuki of japanese flower.
I had mistook.
I found a plan what American may give Hanamizuki to Japan again this year.

I guess flowering dogwood trees are more common in Japan than in the United States.
The reason why they are so common in Japan is that they are often planted on boulevards, whereas I sometimes see the trees in gardens and parks but not on boulevards.
Of course, we can see wild flowering dogwood trees in woods. But they are few in the woods.
Most America people don't know Hanamizuki?
