Although today is a rainy day, but it did not affect my mood. In the morning , my friend and her son and I ride on merry-go-round in the square , this is my first time to ride on a carousel . Some people say,carousel is one of the most cruel game in the world.

The sentence ends in the past. 'But' is used as a contrast (one against the other) or exception, and isn't needed. The comma divides the sentence abnormally. There would be no pause between the first and second parts.

A series of items (my friend, her son and I) only divides the first from the second and all others, except the last and second-to-last. A comma replaces the word 'and' so you do not see 'and' a lot in once sentence. The entry already happened, so you would use 'rode' instead of ride, which is something that will happen (I will ride) or is currently happening (I am riding). End the first part at square because otherwise the two sentences don't have anything in common. Carousel was already mentioned, and needs a definitive article. There are many carousel in the world, and so 'game' should be plural, ending in s, since there are a lot in the world.
