I tried a new way to peel boiled egg shells.
I couldn't peel them without damage until today.
I tried many way....
dry them completely before peel,
add vinegar in boild water,
make small holes on eggs before boil...
I couldn't satisfy myself.
BUT! now I know wonderful way!
At first, I boiled eggs normally.
Then I droped them iced water.
After cool down,
I peeled them perfectly!!!!
No any damage!!!
Phew, I got it finally.
Do you know it????
I wonder if everyone knows it and I'm the only person don't know it.
Well....anyway let's try it!

I tried many ways....

I couldn't find an effective method.

About the egg method. I always cool the eggs in cold water, before peeling them.
Mostly because they are too hot to hold in my hands when I try to peel them.
I have had some eggs that were very hard to peel even though I cooled them.
They were fresh eggs from a farm.
Maybe the chickens who laid the eggs are different from the chickens that lay the eggs we buy in the supermarket.
I'm sorry I couldn't write back.
I was tired a little.
You know it? I think ice water is the one of tip.
How do you think???
Maybe you are right and there is a difference.
I tried many ways...
drying them completely before peeling,
adding vinegar to boiling water (I think this is what you meant?) ,
making small holes in the eggs before boiling...
I couldn't satisfy myself. (This is correct but sounds a bit strange in context. Perhaps "I couldn't get the satisfaction of doing it right".)
At first, I boiled the eggs normally.
Then I dropped them in cold water. (Iced water is water that was made cold by putting ice in it - not sure if you meant this.)
After they cooled down,
No damage!!!
Phew, I finally got it.
Did you know this????
I wonder if everyone knows it and I'm the only person who didn't.
anyway, let's try it!
Hope this helps!
