House sharing is spreading for Japanese young men.
Not only students but also company employees seem to adopt this style.
Mostly there are some small individual rooms, common WC, bathroom and one big living room.
I think it's very exciting because many friends are together there
and they can help each other in the case of difficulties.
However if there are ten persons in a small room, it may be too exciting to live in.
I think it's almost nonsense as a room
but for early some days it can make the residents laugh very much.

I live in a shared house and I love it! I only live with 5 other people so it is not too noisy. The rent is cheap and the location is good. Not all shared houses are good- I've heard some are dirty, too loud and old, but not mine. I would recommend shared living for anyone moving to Japan!
I hear that many landlords redecorate their old house or apartment for a shared house.
