What we prepare food easier has changed our live in various ways especially for woman. It helped woman though mostly, woman has been in charge of cook in family all over the world
Firstly, a grocery supermarket helped woman to offer a variety of food steadily. Woman could buy variety of food every time and they could serve a meal to their family.
Secondly, precooked food or restaurant reliefed woman from cooking that is heavy burden for them. Woman could enjoy a reisure time or could work more as they like.
Therefore what we prepare food easier has changed our live in various ways especially for woman who is in charge of cooking.

Firstly, a grocery supermarket helped woman to offer a variety of food steadily. Woman could buy variety of food every time and they could serve a meal to their family.
Secondly, precooked food or restaurant reliefed woman from cooking that is heavy burden for them. Woman could enjoy a reisure time or could work more as they like.
Therefore what we prepare food easier has changed our live in various ways especially for woman who is in charge of cooking.

"Woman" is one woman. "Women" is plural. I know, it makes no sense.
It helped women because mostly, women have been in charge of cooking in families all over the world

Remember, when there is more than one you usually put 's' at the end.
Women could buy a variety of food every time and they could serve a meal to their family.
Secondly, precooked food or restaurant relieved women from cooking, which is a heavy burden for them.
Women could enjoy a leisure time or could work as much as they like.
Therefore being able to prepare food easier has changed our lives in various ways, especially for women, who are in charge of cooking.

It helped women though mostly, as all over the world, in the family, women have been in charge of cooking.
Though = でも、しかし
Firstly, a grocery supermarkets helped by offering woman to offer a variety of food constantly.
A supermarket sells groceries so no need to add the word "grocery".
"help" not "helped" because the supermarkets are still helping women.
"Steadily" has some similar meaning as "constantly" but if you're talking about "all the time" then "constantly" is the better word.
Women can buy a variety of food at any time and they could serve a meal to their family.
"Can" not "could" because they can still do it now.
Any time = 何時も
every time = 毎回も
Secondly, precooked food or restaurants relief women from having to cook, and cooking is a heavy burden for them.
Present tense because pre-cooked food and restaurants are still helping.
Women can could enjoy a leisurely time or can work more as they like.
Therefore the ability to prepare food easier has changed our lives in various ways especially for women who are in charge of cooking.
