One time, I told you that I love the art and the space of the art. Today, I also write about it and introduce great art museum.
Towada Contemporary Art Museum is in Towada City, Aomori Pref, Japan. It contains many notable contemporary art works. For instance, Ron Mueck from Australia, inges idee from Germany, or Yayoi Kusama from Japan.
The reason why Towada Museum is nice is not only the museum itself, but also around there is also full of art. Many art works are in street, park or yard of the museum. The art is disclosed and the art is not special. That is why Towada Museum is great and the reason you must visit there.

I once told you that I love the arts and the space of the arts.
We say "art" but when you add "the" it becomes "the arts". :)
Today, I also write about it as well and introduce a great art museum.
Towada Contemporary Art Museum is in Towada City, Aomori prefecture, Japan.
It contains many notable contemporary artworks.
We say:
a work of art / works of art
artworks
they mean the same thing, but artworks is a noun.http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/artworks?s=t
For instance, artworks by Ron Mueck from Australia, Inges Idee from Germany, or Yayoi Kusama from Japan.
You need to add "artworks by" because the subject of the previous sentence and the subject of this sentence is not the same.
Previous sentence had "artworks" as the subject" but the current sentence has the artists as the subject.
The reason why Towada Museum is nice is not just because of the artworks in the museum, but also because the area around is full of art.
Many artworks are displayed/installed in the street, park or yard of the museum.
The art is disclosed and the art is not special.
Not sure of what you were trying to mean here. Could you include the sentence in Japanese?
That is why Towada Museum is great and the reason you must visit it.
We can say "visit it" or "go there".
The art is made available freely available for public viewing and brought closer to the people.
I'm not 100% sure if I understood the Japanese sentence correctly though.
Thanks a lot!!
The art is open disclosed and the art but is not special.
