The difference between present continuous and present perfect continuous is that with present continuous you talk about things that are happening right now (I'm studying English at home <- I'm studying English now, at the moment of writing this), while with present perfect continuous you talk about things that started in the future (I've been studying English at home <- you started studying in the past, and you're still doing it in the present).
