Thanks,ChaoticXSinZ! Obviously my ISP is not the lang-8. I refered to the IP service and I found the location of Lang-8 server is Japan. So I found a proxy from "http://www.aliveproxy.com/proxy-list/proxies.aspx/Japan-jp". The connection speed now is terrific!
