Feels incomplete without saying what or who you didn't meet. Maybe "I didn't (get to) meet the new teacher"

Maybe reword it: "I didn't get to meet the cute/handsome new teacher today."

By "live" do you mean "have a social life"? That would sound better if it's what you meant.
There are no jobs that I want.
I was actually thinking about that just today. I originally wanted to do some kind of computer security research work but I've kind of lost my passion for it over the years.
I'd eventually like to do *some* kind of research work, though. Be it with languages or computers, I'd like to do something I find fascinating.
You're still pretty young. I wouldn't really stress about it right now. Just enjoy your time in school and experiment with new possible fields of interest until it comes time for you to decide.
