Today, I took an examination called Eiken(英検).
I'm sure that I could pass it.
To prepare for it, I tried to memorize a lot of words.
I believe it helps to improve my English to some extent.
However, there are still a plenty of unfamiliar English words for me.
In addition, I know my speaking is poor.
I would like to put more pressure on me to improve my English.
Someday, I want to become able to express what I think and how our cultures are effortlessly in English.

I'm sure that I could pass it. I'm sorry, this is wrong, see my comment
I would like to put more pressure on myself to improve my English.
I hope you did well.
"I'm sure that I could pass it" could be fixed in a lot of different ways, depending on what you want to say.
"I'm sure that I passed it" You took it and you know you passed.
"I'm sure that I can pass it" You haven't taken it yet but you know you'll pass when you do.
"I'm sure that I'll pass it." Same as above.
"I was sure that I could pass it." You thought you could pass, but then you took it, and you didn't do as well as you were hoping.
"I was sure that I passed it." You took it, thought you passed, then you found out you failed.
Now I understand the difference. I owe you a lot, T-Box.
English is still difficult for me.
