Well, I do the volunteer activities too much, my living expenses is getting little. So I would like to start a new part-time job. I would prefer to work for a home tutor or a cram school teacher, but unfortunately I can not find them. Are there recruitment at the veggie restaurant which a full time student can work? If you know, please let me know. It would be very helpful for me!

    income = money coming in (what you gain)

Actually, you could also say:

Is there recruitment at a veggie restaurant where a full time student can work?

Forget my previous correction; this one is better. You're asking if the restaurant is recruiting, so it's okay to use the employer's perspective.
