sohail : Dream (4)

Almost every human being see dream.Even animals see dreams.Humans see different kind of dreams, according to their age and profession.Dream is the reflection of our daily life. When I was child, I saw a movie "Lost in space" on TV. In the movie the space ship was lost its way and landed in another planet. In the planet, space ship crew were chased by very strange and horrible looking aliens.I was very scared.Somehow, the space crew managed to escape.
Same night, I saw same aliens in my dream, I woke up full of terror and filled with sweat.Mother asked me, "what happened?" I said, " I saw same aliens, chasing me." She suddenly hugged me by saying "Its was just a dream, don't be scare," and ordered me, "Do not see this kind of movies anymore".
In my school days, I usually saw the dreams that I am taking exams, and I know nothing what to write on papers.Actually, I hated taking exams,,ha ha ha ha!
But dreams are dreams, it has no relation with reality.
'

sohail : Starvation (1)

Now I am going to discuss about very important topic; the topic that we all directly or indirectly involved in it.I am taking about "starvation". Yes! "starvation". Someone will may argue with me; "Why we are responsible?"Indirectly, we are responsible.Let me explain.
As we all know, most of the countries, specially African countries are facing drought due to lack of rain. Most of the cultivation in these countries depend upon rain.Due to drought food become scarce in their country.Scientists say that, due to increase in toxic gases and CO-2 in the air, climate has been changing. We know that, in all developed countries industrial sectors exhaust tons of toxic gases into the air.Secondly, it is due to increase in deforestation, specially in developed countries to have more land for industries.
Due to change in climate-in which we are all responsible- less rain occurs, the land dries out, and the result is; less cultivation. If the developed countries face drought, they can easily import food or food items. But the poor countries can't import, therefore their people suffer hunger and starvation.
Other main reason for starvation, is ethnic violence.Different countries support different ethnic groups of a country, as a result there is no proper management in a country: groups fighting with each other leads to civil disobedience and anarchy; thus lead to hunger and starvation.
Word Food Program and other NGO's are helping to fight against hunger and starvation. Its not the proper or long lasting solution.
All the nations get together; first they should imply stick rules for the industries who exhaust toxic gasses into the air, and also check strictly deforestation.Secondly, we all respect each country sovereignty and do not indulge in their internal affairs.
All nations should help, build dams where there is shortage of rain and water, this will help increase in their water reservoirs, thus will help during drought season for the cultivation. So many developed countries produce access amount of rice and wheat. They should donate the access amount on the basis of humanity not on the bases of favourism.
Now the world has shrunk to village: "Global village", due to internet and electronic media. All nations should help each on the bases of humanity, respect and equality.
Hope every reader will agree with my thought and solution.
God bless everybody.
Thankyou for reading.

sohail : Obesity (5)

I am going to discuss, one of the major global problem.According to the statistics, "one fifth of the world population is over-weight
". It means more than billion people are over-weight.The ratio of over-weight in developed countries are more than underdeveloped countries.
There are two main factors which is the cause of obesity.Heredity and eating habits. In heredity factor obesity is hired from parents. The second factor-which is my main subject- is eating habits.People do not know how much food they need, they just eat and eat. They don't know how much calories they need.Due to ignorance they take more calories and burn less, as a result they become over-weight.
Chart is easy available from the book stores, or one can down load easily from the internet. The chart shows proper diet plan according to age and height. It also shows no of calories in different meals. Its very easy to follow the chart.
So many governments have been spending billions of dollars on health insurance policies and plans.I think government should teach their people about healthy diet from primary level. It should be necessary subject for all students, as a result it will cause awareness among people, and thus will save millions of dollars on medicine and insurance.
Everyone should do exercise regularly, according to age.Like walking, jogging, swimming ect. Most people say that, "they have no time." I wonder, for their health, "they have no time." So please be careful about your diet, because "health is wealth".

sohail : Life (3)

So many people wrote about life, but its still a mystery. How life began? There are two basic views about life, religious view and scientific view.Religious view, as we all know, that God has created all the living things in this universe. It is written in all the holy books of Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhist, Christians ect.
Scientist say that, first there was a single living cell and slowly and gradually with the passage of time it change into different living things.Suppose i we believe that scientist are saying the truth, but questions arises that, "From where the single living cell came?"
I don't want to argue about life, because everyone has different believes and ideas.I believe that life is very precious; respect every human being, whether you are believer of God or non believer. We are all equal, irrespective of race, colour or region.I am Muslim, it is written in our holy book Quran, that "killing of one innocent person-whether he is Muslim and non-Muslim- is like killing all the humanity" or "Safe one person life is like protecting all the humanity".Unfortunately most of the Muslims do not understand. Its clearly written in our Holy Book.Even hurting the animals is prohibited in our holy book.
That is for the day.I know most of the readers will agree with my thoughts.

I pray for the safety and health of all human beings.God bless them all.Be happy stay healthy all the time. Please take care of yourself and your neighbours.Help needy person, by doing so you'll get happiness beyond belief.
