Parking: 1 (It varies from place to place though.)

Train: 3 Light Rail Systems for travel within the city, and 1 train for inter-city travel. Very crowded! (3)
Bus: Not too sure, barely take them.... but by the looks of it, they are crowded and not well-maintained (3.5)
Taxis: Cheap. Some taxis are well maintained but some are really old. (2)
Facilities for pedestrians： 3.5 not-very pedestrian friendly
Subway System: no subway
Parking: 4.5
Population: 500,000
Train: Nice and well-maintained but very inconvenient because of the 30-minute interval between trains! (2.5)
Bus: Same as above!(2.5)
Taxis: Expensive (3.5)
