After school, I ran 1 kilometer in three minutes and twenty two seconds. This is my best record so I was very pleased with this result. During running, I didn't feel tired and I could do my best. As I wrote yesterday, I'm going to participate in the Tokyo marathon on February 23rd. That's why I would like to various kinds of training for it. For example, I need to run over 30 kilometers four or five more times before the marathon take place. I have to repeat to run over short distance like one or two kilometers as fast as possible to build up my cardiorespiatry endurance. I'm going to run 1 kilometer all out five or six times tomorrow's after school, and run over 30 kilometers this coming Saturday.
