As I did last Saturday morning, I ran 32 kilometer this afternoon as a training for the Tokyo marathon 2014 on February 23rd. It was my second 32-kilometer run since this year started, and I could finished about five minutes faster than the last week's run. However, my left calf is still sore so it's difficult for me to walk smoothly. Tonight, I worked out at my usual gym. However, when I tried to bend my upper body forward to drink water, a strong pain suddenly happened in my back. Unfortunately, I had to stop today's workout and I'm at home now. Hopefully, my back will recover as soon as possible to restart the practice for the marathon.
