Yesterday, I issued a newsletter for all of the Japanese volunteers who work at primary schools or provincial education office. I named this newsletter "MOE Fortnightly." MOE stands for the Ministry of Education, and I always issue it on Fridays every two weeks.
This time's topics were about our more frequent communication, the midterm report of the result of the Basic Operation Tests, and yesterday's the 5th Music Panel Group assembly. I was lucky because there were some topics to write. However, it was sometimes difficult for me to find stories, but I have been managed to write by the day of publication.
Next MOE Fortnightly will of course be issued on August 24th (Fri). Fortunately, it seems to me that there are some topics to write. I'd like to offer "Daily Post," Vanuatu's newspaper, what I will write on next MOE Fortnightly. There might be some articles on "Daily Post" that I will provide.
Tomorrow I will post my 300th entry!!

Yesterday, I issued a newsletter for to all of the Japanese volunteers who work at primary schools or the provincial education office.
This time's issue's topics were about our more frequent increased frequency in communication, the Basic OperationTests midterm report and yesterday's the 5th Music Panel Group assembly.
"This issue's topics" is closest to masa-san's initial sentence, but actually "This issue's topics" is a bit difficult to say or read because of all the 's' sounds. So it's more common to write: "The topics in this issue..."
I was lucky because there were some topics to write (about).
However, it was is sometimes difficult for me to find stories, but I have been managed to write something by the day of publication day/deadline (so far).
it "is" difficult verses "was" difficult: If something still holds true, then I think using the present tense is more appropriate here.
The next MOE Fortnightly will of course be issued on August 24th (Fri).

Wow! 300 diary entries. That's a lot! Congratulations!
I'd like to write longer in my 300th entry than usual entries.
