The weather in Vanuatu isn't very good these days. It haven't been very fine since August started. Also, I feel a little chilly, so yesterday I commuted to my office with the blazer that all of the Japanese volunteer in the world have. The attached picture shows me wearing it. One of my colleagues seemed to like it. I asked him whether he wanted to try it or not, but he didn't intend to wear it. Wearing suits, blazers, or jackets is good for me because it braces my nerves.
I met one of the Japanese volunteers outside, and we have lunch together. She has been suffering for her privacy problem lately. According to her her new Japanese neighbor seemed to disturb her private life. This neighbor came to Vanuatu at the end of June and continued to invite her to drink, come to her house, or call her when she was at home frequently. As soon as the neighbor came to current home, she told her(neighbor) that she hoped to respect her own life, so she didn't want to play together very often. However, she still seems to feel that this issue isn't solved now. I had a sympathy for her and thought that I was lucky because I didn't have any Japanese neighbors.

I asked him whether he wanted to try it on or not, but he didn't want to wear it.
You should combine this with the previous sentence. "One of my colleagues seemed to like it, so I asked him..."
I met one of the Japanese volunteers outside, and we had lunch together.
She has been having privacy issues with her neighbor recently.
This sounds a little strange. I would reword it.
According to her, her new Japanese neighbor seems to be disturbing her private life.
It's an ongoing state, so we use ~ing.
This neighbor came to Vanuatu at the end of June and continued to invite her to drink, come to her house, or frequently call her when she was at home frequently.
As soon as the neighbor came to her house, my friend told her(neighbor) that she wanted her to respect her privacy, and that she didn't want to spend time together very often.
We only use 'play' for children.
I had a sympathy for her and thought that I was lucky because I didn't have any Japanese neighbors.
"I've been having issues with my health."
"I've been having health issues recently."
"My father has been having issues with his car."
"My father has been having car issues for the past few days."

Wearing suits, blazers, or jackets is good for me because it steadies my nerves.

She has having trouble maintaining her privacy lately.
She said her new Japanese neighbor is disturbing her private life.
This neighbour came to Vanuatu at the end of June and continued to invite her for a drink, come to her house, or frequently call her when she was at home.
As soon as her neighbour moved in, my friend told her that she liked to keep to herself, so she didn't want to get together very often.
"play together" sounds like you're talking about kids.
However, she fees that this issue is still unresolved.
I sympathized with her and thought that I was lucky to not have any Japanese neighbors.
