I got up at 4:30 am because of feeling of hunger. I've eaten yogurt just now. Today is my 1 year anniversary since I came to Vanuatu. When I arrived at Vanuatu, it was over 6 pm. Unlike Japan, it was already dark and it made me think that I came to the Southern Hemisphere country. Also, it's still dark now. It'll begin to become bright after 6 am. Then I'll be moving to our dormitory to use the fixed washing machine. I haven't been able to use it for almost a month. It was really inconvenient.
I'd like to spend today alone. I'm going to go to my cafe to read an English book for about six hours, so I hope that I won't meet any Japanese there and after I leave there.

I got up at 4:30 am because of feeling of hunger.This is ok, but it sounds a little unnatural. It would be more common to say "I got up at 4:30 am because I felt hungry"
When I arrived at Vanuatu, it was after 6 pm.

It'll begin to become bright after 6 am.Sounds a little unnatural, you could say "It will get lighter" or "It will get brighter"
