Yesterday, I presented my midterm report of my activities as a program officer of the Ministry of Education in Vanuatu. I wanted to succeed in this presentation and had been preparing and practicing for a month, including making a script with Lang-8(Lang-8を利用した原稿づくりを含めて). If I mark my presentation, I think that my score is 60. When I finished it, unfortunately I couldn't be satisfied with it.
I made a few big and unbelievable mistakes. First, I forgot to use a microphone. I wonder why it happened. And the biggest mistake was that I couldn't say that by sharing ideas and achievements, people in Vanuatu and all of the Japanese volunteer will continue to work together based on mutual respect and trust. This was my on of the biggest message to all attendees including all of the Japanese volunteer. I think that I have to make some opportunities to tell them this message.
How was my English in this presentation? After my presentation, I asked a lot of attendees how they felt my English. All of them answered that my English is good and some told me that my pronunciation advanced. I felt pleased to hear that. However, I watched the video of my presentation, I couldn't heard better than I expected. Also, I need to practice speaking more fluently.
Anyway, I would like to say "Thank you very much" to friends on Lang-8 for corporation. I'm continue my effort. I can't show you the video, but I'd like to show you the my reading the script as a result of my training.

My Midterm Report as an Opportunity to Show the Result of my English Training (May 23rd)
I wanted to succeed in this presentation/I wanted this presentation to be a success, so I had been preparing and practicing for a month, including developing a script with the help of Lang-8(Lang-8を利用した原稿づくりを含めて).
If I were to give myself a mark, I think that my score would be 60%.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied when it was over.
I wonder why that happened.
And the biggest mistake was that I couldn't say that by sharing ideas and achievements, people in Vanuatu and all of the Japanese volunteers will continue to work together based on mutual respect and trust.

I'm not 100% sure what you were trying to say in the last part.
Also, I need to practice speaking more fluently/smoothly.
Anyway, I would like to say "Thank you very much" to my friends on Lang-8 for their help.
I'm continue my efforts.
I can't show you the video, but I'd like to show you me reading the script as a result of my training.
Anyway, I have to appreciate your kindness cooperation. I wanted to manage to succeed in this presentation and I asked a lot. I think that I couldn't do good performance as your contribution(←I don't know what I should say 「あなたがしてくれたことに見あうよいパフォーマンスができなかった」) . However, as I wrote, I'd like to continue my effort and show you the result.
My English must be developing with the help of you.
It sounds like people thought you did a good job. I can tell by your expression in the pictures that you must have engaged the audience too. ^^
Keep at it :)
I'd like to brush up on this presentation, if I can. I don't necessarily get depressed, but I have to say to you "sorry" for my no great performance.
Of course I'm going keep at it, and someday, I'll show you the result of my practice.
I think you're over reacting. But either way, this can motivate you to keep studying. (I know you will anyway though)
Your English is easy to understand, and you can only improve from here.
