I couldn't post this morning because I got up late. When I got up, I didn't have enough time to practice for my midterm report that I was supposed to present today. I had to leave home as soon as possible.
Why did I get up late? Because I practiced it late at night. I got confidence to give my presentation without reading the script through yesterday's practice. Last night, I thought and checked my appearance - asked the Facebook users which hair style is best for today's presentation, recorded my practice to check my gesture, posture, and just appearance.
I didn't use the script, but it took about 25 minutes because my English wasn't very frequently. I had to speed up. I know today's result, but I'm going to write about it tomorrow. Did I finishe my presentation on time?

Do you mean 'and if my appearance was appropriate/fitting/right/'? Or perhaps 'and my appearance itself'?

Perhaps you meant here 'fluent'? Or perhaps 'because I don't speak English very quickly'?
