The Script of Mid-Term Report 3

The following is the script of my Mid-Term Report on May 23rd. I'm going to practice for this presentation for about a month. If you correct it and give me some advice, I'll be happy.
<slide 19>
I'd like to show you one more systematic activity of ourselves. That's the monitoring for teachers who work with Japanese volunteers. The purpose of this monitoring is to know the effect of Japanese volunteers' support. Teachers must answer in every term how they developed their teaching skill through their work with Japanese volunteers. After that, head teacher, Zone Curriculum Adviser (ZCA), Provincial Education Officer (PEO), and the Ministry of Education (MOE) read their answers and write some comments by turns as feedback.
<slide 20>
"Part 3, Future activities" In this part, I'd like to mention as to my ideas concerning our future activities.
<slide 21>
First of all, we must think about whether we work together systematically enough or not. (pause) I think that unfortunately we can't say "yes." There are a lot of reasons, delay, lack of report, short of manpower, or management problem. These problems often spoil our systematic work.
<slide 22>
Consequently, I have to think about what I should do as a Japanese program officer in my second half activity. Report and discuss, appealing, knowing people's opinion or consciousness... I think that we have several things that we can do to solve these problems.
<slide 23>
I think that MOE need to provide a lot of information concerning education in Vanuatu. There are some measures. We can use some medias, radio, television, or newspaper. One month ago, we had an interview as to "100math" with the Radio Vanuatu. Meanwhile, I continue to issue one newsletter for Japanese volunteers every fortnight. (I'll show the newsletter) This "MOE Fortnightly" shows the information of MOE and various Japanese volunteer's activities. It might be better for us to let MOE know more about Japanese volunteer's activities. In addition, it's essential for MOE, Provincial Education Officer, and Zone Curriculum Advisers to inform school or local people about what MOE is trying to do.
<slide 24>
I'm sure that these activities will heighten people's interest in education in Vanuatu. I've ever heard Hillary Clinton's quote, like "All village people must raise their children." We should make such an educational situation. And to be so, we need the heightened citizen's interest in education and their sense that they all must bring up every children in their region. I'd like to assist to heighten their interest in education.
<slide 25>
Lastly, I'd like to show you my one more idea. I think that I need to appeal our Japanese volunteer's activities and achievements more frequently. We should show people in Vanuatu our sincere and diligent work. We have a possibility to report and show our achievements. Furthermore, we can discuss future with MOE. We,MOE and Japanese volunteers, have a fundamental to work together systematically. Next, I think that I should show MOE our ideas or our achievements. To do so, I'm sure that we will be able to work together based on higher respect and trust.
<slide 26>
That's all of my report. I still have a long way to go. I'M going to keep making my effort in Vanuatu until I go back to Japan 10 month later. Please keep supporting me and giving me your helpful advice. Thank you very much!! Merci beaucoup!! Tank yu tumas!! And, ありがとうございました!!

I'd he happy if you could correct it and give me some advice,
more natural word order
I'd like to show you one more of our systematic activities.
It's the monitoring of teachers who work with Japanese volunteers.
The purpose of this monitoring is to determine the effect of the Japanese volunteers' support.
Every term, teachers must show how they have developed their teaching skills through their work with the Japanese volunteers.
After that, the head teacher, the Zone Curriculum Adviser (ZCA), the Provincial Education Officer (PEO), and the Ministry of Education (MOE) read the teachers' answers and provide some comments by turns as feedback.
"Part 3, Future activities" In this part, I'd like to talk about my ideas concerning our future activities.
(pause) I think that unfortunately we can't say "yes." There are a lot of reasons: delays, lack of reports, shortness of manpower, or management problems.
Consequently, I have to think about what I should do as a Japanese program officer in the second half of my time here.
Reports and discussions, appeals, learning people's opinions or points of view.
I think that the MOE needs to provide a lot of information concerning education in Vanuatu.
We can use various forms of media: radio, television, or newspaper.
One month ago, we had an interview about "100math" with the Radio Vanuatu.
In the mean time, I will continue to issue a newsletter for Japanese volunteers every two weeks.
fortnight is not used in North American English at all. I would say the majority of people here have no idea how long a fortnight is.
(I'll show the newsletter) This "MOE Fortnightly" shows the information of the MOE and various Japanese volunteer's activities.
It might be better for us to let the MOE know more about the Japanese volunteer's activities.
In addition, it's essential for the MOE, the Provincial Education Officer, and the Zone Curriculum Advisers to inform schools or local people about what the MOE is trying to do.
I'm sure that these activities will heighten/increase people's interest in education in Vanuatu.
I've ever heard Hillary Clinton's quote, like "All village people must raise their children." We should make such an educational situation.
This quote sounds a bit odd. I would check the exact wording.
And to do so, we need the heightened citizen's interest in education and a sense that everyone is responsible for raising every child in their region.
'every' requires a singular noun
I'd like to assist in increasing their interest in education.
Lastly, I'd like to share one more of my ideas with you.
We have a possibility to report and show our achievements.
Furthermore, we can discuss the future with the MOE.
Along with the MOE and the Japanese volunteers, we have a fundamental need to work together systematically.
Next, I think that I should show the MOE our ideas and our achievements.
By doing so, I'm sure that we will be able to work together based on mutual respect and trust.
I'M going to continue my efforts in Vanuatu until I go back to Japan 10 months from now.
Please keep giving me your support and helpful advice.
ex: 'The police are trying to determine what caused the fire"
2. to me, 'mention' implies that what you are going to say is very brief, perhaps just a casual remark or a comment to bring something to someone's attention.
ex: "I saw Masa4 in the hallway earlier and he mentioned you were feeling sick."
"I just want to mention that I received an e-mail from the corporate office and they are fine with us proceeding as planned."
3. 'fortnight' - I think this is still very commonly used in British English, and possibly Australian. It's just not part of North American English. If you, and those around you, are comfortable with the term then of course you can still use it.
4. 'mutual'= 互いの、共同の - given and received equally, in common
"Our relationship is built on mutual respect and trust" (we both respect and trust the other)
or "Masa4 is our mutual friend" - we both know him.

Your presentation sounds really good. I really admire your ability to take on such big tasks!
Today, I tried to practice reading the script. However I thought that my current biggest problem is that I don't know how to speak English. In other words, tone, intonation, and rhythm that you advised me once.
I'm going to practice for this presentation in about a month.
Different meanings - both correct
I'd like to show you one more systematic activity of ourselves.

You should start each title with "the". eg. The Zone Curriculum Adviser.
However, as long as the first title (head teacher) has a "the", it can be assumed in the other titles too.
(Sorry - this is hard to explain)
"Part 3, Future activities" In this part, I'd like to mention as to my ideas concerning our future activities.
(pause) I think that unfortunately we can't say "yes." There are a lot of reasons including delays, lack of reports, being short of manpower, or management problems.
Consequently, I have to think about what I should do as a Japanese program officer in my second half of the activity.
Reports and discussions, appeals, knowing people's opinion or consciousness...
I think that MOE needs to provide a lot of information concerning education in Vanuatu.
We can use various types of media [including/such as] radio, television, or newspaper.
One month ago, we had an interview regarding/about "100math" with the Radio Vanuatu.
If you wanted to use 'the', you would write it like this: "with the Vanuatu Radio".
Meanwhile, I will continue to issue one newsletters for Japanese volunteers every fortnight.
According to the other corrector, 'fortnight' is not used in North America. I had no idea!
In the UK, it's very common and everyone knows what it means.
In addition, it's essential for the MOE, Provincial Education Officer, and Zone Curriculum Advisers to inform schools or local people about what MOE is trying to do.
I've ever heard Hillary Clinton's quote, like "All village people must raise their children." We should make such an educational situation.
