A workshop concerned school base management took place in the Ministry of Education in Vanuatu yesterday. I'm not a participant, but I went to the conference room during break time to drink some coffee.

Of course all attendees finish drinking and eating some refreshments, I took them. I'd like to write about people of Vanuatu's way of using spoon. They scoop coffee, sugar, milk powder, and so on with a spoon that they had already stirred their drink with. I don't like their way of using it because the powder or sugar adheres/clings to the spoon and they mix with others as well as part of hot drink adhered/clung to it.

I wanted them to stop this bad habit, so I undertook a role to scoop and stir their drinks while using two spoons, one for stirring, the other for scooping. However, some attendees used it as usual and most of them didn't understand why I separated the way of using it. I couldn't explain the reason because I didn't know the word, "adhere" or "cling." This workshop is supposed to be held today, so I have an opportunity to pursue them to use spoon separately. However, I predict that it's difficult to let them change their accustomed way of using it.
