Yesterday was a substitute holiday for last Saturday, so I went to the cafe to finish reading "The King's Speech." Before arriving there, I stopped by a bookshop to buy a new English book to try. I would have liked to buy a Sydney Sheldon's one because some English studying sites and authors recommended his book. There were only two kind of his books, so I selected the cheaper one, "Tell Me Your Dreams." I didn't know the contents and the reputation of it,so I asked a master of this shop about it. She also recommended it.
At the cafe, I read the final 40 pages of "The King's Speech." When I finished reading it, I felt the feeling of achievement. Then I could stay there an hour and a half more, so I started to try "Tell Me Your Dreams." I read the first 30 pages and I thought that it seemed to be easier to understand than I expected. Afterward, I checked the reputation in Amazon.com last night, and then some writers wrote that it's easy to read. I felt that I seem to manage to read it.
Last night I cooked the tomato based vegetable soup. I haven't cooked for 3 weeks due to last two business trips. I cooked it while listening to some podcasts of NBA and sweating. I'm going to eat it from tonight.

Do you "sweat while cooking" or "sweat while listening to podcasts"?
I'm going to eat it from tonight. I'll be eating soup for the next two (or three) nights.
Maybe a little more specific and descriptive?
