This seems to be my 99th entry. That's why I'm going to write my 100th entry tomorrow morning. I'll inevitably write about what I would do today in my 100th entry.
However I feel asleep. Last night I had a nap at 10:30 PM and woke up at 2:30(May I call it "had a nap"?), and corrected the script of my speech about leadership. On Tuesday's night I went to bed at 0:30 AM and woke up at 4 o'clock to write the script. That is I had only about three hours sleeping for two days in a row. So I will feel asleep during whole day. My 100 entry might be following, "I felt asleep... I felt asleep... I slept during the meeting...zzz..."
Knackers!! I'm going to gym after work but what should I do if I slept while squatting or chinning? I would like to attach the picture of my squatting instead of attaching today's sleeping squat in my 100th entry.

Maybe you have a lot of things you want to do, right?
But I want you to have time much more to sleep, if possible (^-^;
Anyway take care of yourself (^-^)/
And Congratulations in advance on your 100th entry \(^o^)/
I felt asleep during morning, however I didn't felt so much from this afternoon.
Tonight I have a lot of things to do, so I would like to speed up.
I'll inevitably write about what I will do today in my 100th entry.
However I feel asleep. ~Technically, this makes sense. But maybe you want to say "I feel sleepy" (眠い = Sleepy)
That is I have only had about three hours sleeping for two days in a row.
So I will feel sleepy throughout the (whole) day.
My 100th entry might be following, "I felt asleep...
I'm going to gym after work but what should I do if I sleep/fall asleep while squatting or chinning?
I would like to attach the picture of myself squatting instead of attaching today's sleeping squat in my 100th entry.
Those weights look really heavy! Wow. (But that gym seems a little dark)
They have a similar meaning, but throughout means the entire day. 'During' does not necessarily mean the whole day.
(thoughout sounds better too, in my opinion.) :)
Hmm, I think both sentences are correct. The first one sounds a bit strange though so I would use this one:
'I don't seem to have slept enough'
I'll inevitably write about what I would do today in my 100th entry.
However I feel like I'm still asleep.
Last night I had a nap at 10:30pm and woke up at 2:30am (Can I call that a "nap"?), and corrected the script of my speech about leadership. (or my leadership speech)
On Tuesday's night I went to bed at 12:30am and woke up at 4 o'clock to write the script. In Western culture, 0:01-0:59 is mostly used just in the military. It is much more common to say 12:01am - 12:59am.
That is, I had only about three hours of sleep for two days in a row.
So I will still feel like I am asleep all day.
My 100th entry might be the following, "I felt sleepy.
I felt sleepy...
I'm knackered!! (This is a British/Australian English word only, not North American)
I'm going to the gym after work but what should I do if I fall asleep while doing squats or chin-ups?
I would like to attach the picture of me doing squats instead of attaching today's picture of my sleep y squats in my 100th entry.
I would turn into an evil zombie if I had that little sleep...
I know only this way(←I don't know how I should say)...I feel like drinking a glass of beer.

re: sleepy squats - there's no one way to say it. Could you also say something like today's picture of me doing them half asleep.
"Wow, you look rough." - "Yeah, I'm still half asleep."
I was half asleep all day and manage to accomplish absolutely nothing.

non-offensive interjections I use: What's up, How goes?, I'm beat (=knackered), that sucks, that's awesome, Seriously.
"Did you see Kelly Osborne's new hair? It's grey. Seriously, who does she think she is?"
Walking outside and seeing that my tire is flat. "Seriously?!"
I suppose it's kinda like a gentler version of "WTF (what the fuck)" - but more of a "that can't really be true" sort of feeling. Hahah sorry, it's hard to explain.
It seems to be a little difficult for me to use interjections.
