I went to see Tokyo Sky Tree today by bike.
It had my neck stay looking up for taking photos,so my neck got a bit tired.
I'm looking forward to its grand opening next year.

I got a crick in my neck from looking up to take photos (for so long).
"I got a crick in my neck" is a phrase that means the same thing as ロロ-san's comment above, but it's more casual. It might only be used here in the South (the southeastern US). But, for me, this phrase sounds the most natural.
