Currently, I'm just learning Japanese from zero level.

the usage of ’に’ makes me confused.

According to my book, when a verb denotes a momentary action or movement, the time when it occurs is marked with the particle ’に’, ’に’ is added when the noun before it uses a numeral.

the special date such as birthday, x month x day, time usually with ’に’ when these are used for verb.
but if the sentence is です then ’に’ is no need for them.
